Best U.S. option: Paramount+ Essential
If you simply want to watch the completed third season, Essential should be sufficient for post-broadcast on-demand viewing under Paramount’s published guidance. You do not need Premium merely to binge episodes that have already aired on CBS.
The practical low-cost strategy is to subscribe to Essential for one month, watch the season, and cancel before the next billing date if you do not need the service afterward. This is not a guaranteed total cost: taxes, promotions, plan pricing, free-trial terms, and cancellation rules can change.

When is Paramount+ Premium worth it?
Premium is the relevant upgrade when you want to watch a CBS broadcast live, provided Paramount+ offers your local CBS station in an eligible market. It is also the better fit if you want downloads or the plan’s broader SHOWTIME offering.
The signup flow showed $13.99 per month for Premium and $139.99 per year when checked. The annual figure works out to about $11.67 per month when paid annually, but the actual price and promotional offers should be confirmed before purchase.
- On-demand binge: Essential is generally the rational choice.
- Live CBS: Premium is required where Paramount+ live-CBS access is available.
- Offline viewing: Premium includes downloads according to the current plan information.
- Ad expectations: Premium reduces ads for much of the on-demand library, but live television still contains commercials, sponsorships, or similar interruptions.
Premium does not guarantee every CBS station in every ZIP code. Local affiliate availability and location eligibility still apply.
Can you watch Tracker on CBS.com?
Yes, CBS is the broadcast home of Tracker, but CBS.com is not necessarily a free, unrestricted alternative to Paramount+. The sampled official CBS full-episode page says viewers must connect a participating TV provider for playback.

If you are a cord-cutter without a participating provider, Paramount+ is the simpler standalone on-demand route.
Is season 3 still airing live?
No. Season 3 has completed its U.S. broadcast run. The finale, episode 22, aired on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, according to CBS press information. Earlier reports about the October 19, 2025 premiere, the March 1, 2026 return from a winter break, or upcoming episodes are now historical.

Do not assume that a U.S. Paramount+ account supplies U.S. access abroad. There is no universal free-access promise to rely on. Paramount’s signup pages may display temporary promotions or trials for some users, but offers can vary by date, account, payment method, and location. Check the live signup flow rather than assuming a trial is available.
Other legitimate possibilities include access through a participating TV provider or an existing bundle. “Free” trials usually require payment details and may renew automatically, so note the renewal date and read the cancellation terms. Unauthorized piracy is neither a reliable nor legal viewing route.

Troubleshooting common problems
Season 3 is missing
- Search for Tracker manually instead of opening Continue Watching.
- Open the season selector and choose season 3.
- Sign out and back in, then update the app.
- Try the Paramount+ website in a browser.
- Check your account country and billing region.
- If the official show page lists the season but playback fails, contact Paramount+ support.
Common explanations include regional rights, a non-U.S. catalog, an outdated app, a temporary rights change, or a third-party subscription with different catalog or billing terms.

Premium does not show live CBS
Confirm that your ZIP code and local station are eligible and that your subscription is actually Premium. Location detection problems, a bundled subscription with different terms, local affiliate rights, or a technical outage can also affect access. Upgrading again will not necessarily resolve a local-station blackout; use on-demand viewing or another provider carrying the local CBS affiliate.
CBS asks for a TV-provider login
This is expected for restricted CBS.com full-episode playback. Connect a participating provider, or use Paramount+ for standalone on-demand access.
You canceled but were still billed
Check who manages billing. Subscriptions purchased through Paramount+, Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, a TV provider, or another bundle must usually be canceled through that same billing channel. Record the renewal date and look for a cancellation confirmation or updated account status.

For a U.S. viewer watching the completed third season, start with Paramount+ Essential: it is the lower-cost fit for on-demand episodes. Pay for Premium only if live CBS in your eligible market, downloads, or its additional library justifies the higher price. CBS.com can work for viewers with a participating TV-provider login.
