Quick answer: The 2026 Leagues Cup Final is scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2026. Every match, including the final, will stream worldwide on Apple TV in more than 100 countries and regions. In the United States, TelevisaUnivision is scheduled to carry the final, but its exact network outlet and kickoff time have not yet been announced.

Where to stream the Leagues Cup Final
Apple TV is the dependable viewing route because it carries every 2026 Leagues Cup match, including the final. The service is available through the Apple TV app and at tv.apple.com.
Current U.S. price
MLS currently lists an Apple TV subscription at $12.99 per month in the United States after a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. Price, taxes, trial eligibility and availability can change, so verify the checkout screen before subscribing. The subscription includes Leagues Cup matches at no additional match-by-match charge.
Do you need MLS Season Pass?
No separate MLS Season Pass purchase is presented as necessary for 2026. MLS says its Apple TV subscription includes MLS matches and exclusive programming, including Leagues Cup. Older guides may still use the MLS Season Pass name.

Apple TV is not automatically every subscription inside the app
Having the Apple TV app installed does not mean you have the qualifying subscription. Apple also offers rentals, purchases and third-party branded channels inside the app; those are separate from the Apple TV subscription used for MLS coverage. Check the subscription description for your country before paying.
Official sign-up path
- Open the Apple TV app on an eligible device, or visit tv.apple.com.
- On the web, open the MLS channel tab from the Home tab; on other devices, search for MLS or Leagues Cup.
- Select Subscribe.
- Sign in with your Apple Account and complete the purchase.
- On September 6, search for Leagues Cup or the live final and select the match listing.
Interface labels can vary by device and may change before match day. English, Spanish or French commentary may be offered where available; confirm the audio options in the match player.
U.S. television coverage
U.S. TV: TelevisaUnivision is scheduled to broadcast the final. The specific outlet—such as Univision, UniMás, TUDN or another TelevisaUnivision distribution channel—has not been identified in the current official listing. Check the official schedule and your local listings closer to September 6.
TelevisaUnivision’s 2026 package includes 16 U.S. matches, with the final among its five knockout-stage broadcasts. FOX Sports has selected-match rights, including two knockout-stage games, but the official announcement does not identify FOX as the final’s broadcaster.
A linear-TV broadcast may be included in an existing cable, satellite or live-TV package that carries the assigned TelevisaUnivision channel. That does not establish a free universal over-the-air or free-streaming presentation.
Canada, Mexico and other countries
Canada
Apple TV carries every match in Canada. TSN is scheduled for 14 selected matches and RDS for seven selected French-language matches, but the current announcement does not specifically confirm either service for the final. Use Apple TV unless TSN or RDS is later listed for this match.

Mexico
Apple TV carries the complete tournament. Imagen Televisión has selected Phase One matches, and TelevisaUnivision networks have three Phase One windows. Those announcements do not confirm a Mexican linear-TV broadcast of the final, so check the later schedule before relying on those channels.
International viewers
The official broadcast plan places Apple TV in more than 100 countries and regions. “Global” does not mean every country, and local rights, language feeds and availability can differ. Open the Apple TV app in your territory and check the Leagues Cup schedule for the local listing.

Devices and web viewing
Apple lists support for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV 4K, Apple TV HD, Mac, eligible Android devices, smart TVs, streaming devices, set-top boxes, game consoles and web browsers. Its listed minimum software versions include iOS 16.2 or later, tvOS 16.2 or later and macOS Ventura 13.1 or later for applicable devices.
What happens if the final is tied?
There is no extra-time period in a Leagues Cup knockout match. If the final is level after regulation, it goes directly to a penalty shootout. Reserve enough time beyond the scheduled 90 minutes for the shootout and post-match coverage.
Replay and watching after the live broadcast
Apple says the final will be available for playback after the live broadcast. Replay access can depend on country. In your local Apple TV interface, look for a listing labeled “Replay,” “Watch” or similar. If you want to avoid spoilers, do not open the match page until you are ready to watch.

Troubleshooting before kickoff
The MLS or Leagues Cup listing is missing
- Confirm that you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the subscription.
- Search for “MLS” or “Leagues Cup” instead of relying only on the home screen.
- Update the Apple TV app and your device software where supported.
- Try the web player at tv.apple.com if the app interface is not showing the channel.
Your device is unsupported or too old
Use a supported smart TV, streaming device, console, computer or eligible Android device. If your Apple hardware cannot meet the listed minimum software versions, watch through a current browser or another supported device.
The subscription is not recognized
Check that the subscription was completed under the same Apple Account currently signed in. Review the account’s active subscriptions and restart the app after purchase. Do not assume that an Apple TV app, rental purchase or third-party channel subscription includes MLS coverage.
The match is unavailable in your country
Territorial rights can limit availability. Check the local Apple TV storefront and the official schedule rather than using a listing from another country. A virtual location service cannot guarantee access and may conflict with provider terms.
You need a different commentary language
Open the audio or language control in the player and select an available feed. The broadcast announcement indicates that English, Spanish and French commentary may be offered where available, but the choices can vary by territory.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsWhich option is best for you?
- Want certainty: Apple TV is the only route officially confirmed for every match, including the final.
- Already pay for Spanish-language sports television in the U.S.: Check whether your package carries the TelevisaUnivision outlet assigned to the final once that outlet is announced.
- Want English commentary: Check Apple TV first, where language feeds are identified when available.
- In Canada: Use Apple TV unless TSN or RDS is specifically added to the final listing.
- Outside North America: Verify Apple TV availability and the local match page in your country.
The Bottom Line
For September 6, 2026, plan on Apple TV for the confirmed live stream. U.S. viewers may also use the TelevisaUnivision channel carrying the final, but the exact outlet and kickoff time still need to be confirmed on the official schedule.
