How viewers streamed the 2025 TOUR Championship in the U.S.
ESPN+ and PGA TOUR LIVE
ESPN+ was the most extensive online option across all four competition days. It carried PGA TOUR LIVE from before the main television windows through the end of each day’s scheduled coverage:

- Sunday, August 24: 11 a.m.–6 p.m. ET
PGA TOUR LIVE included multiple viewing choices, such as a main feed, marquee-group coverage, featured groups, and featured holes. That made ESPN+ more useful for viewers who wanted to follow particular players or action outside the conventional television window. The 2025 event has ended, so these times describe the archived tournament schedule rather than an active stream.
For a future tournament, viewers should verify the current ESPN+ plan, regional availability, and PGA TOUR coverage schedule before subscribing. A subscription was not required for the official PGA TOUR leaderboard and tournament information.
NBC and Peacock
NBC and Peacock carried the main weekend portions of the tournament. Peacock was the principal official online option for the NBC windows:
- Saturday: NBC and Peacock, 2:30–7 p.m. ET
- Sunday: NBC and Peacock, 1:30–6 p.m. ET
Coverage was split between GOLF Channel and NBC. The weekend broadcast began on GOLF Channel before moving to NBC and Peacock, rather than staying on one television network all day. Availability depended on the applicable Peacock plan, supported device, and U.S. service availability.

Readers researching the weekend streaming arrangement can review a Peacock streaming subscription for the relevant service details, but should confirm current plan terms and sports availability because subscriptions and coverage rights can change. The 2025 NBC windows listed here are historical.
GOLF Channel
GOLF Channel showed all of the first two rounds and the early portions of weekend coverage:
- Thursday: 1–6 p.m. ET
- Friday: 1–6 p.m. ET
- Saturday: 1–2:30 p.m. ET
- Sunday: noon–1:30 p.m. ET
These television windows overlapped with PGA TOUR LIVE on Thursday and Friday and with ESPN+ coverage throughout the weekend.

What device was needed for Peacock?
A compatible device was needed to watch Peacock on a television, but a separate streaming device was not necessary if the viewer already had a supported smart TV, web browser, game console, or connected-TV platform. Peacock’s support documentation listed supported platforms including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast and Google TV, supported smart TVs, game consoles, and web browsers.
Viewers without a compatible smart TV could consider a Roku Streaming Stick or an Amazon Fire TV streaming device. Compatibility was model- and software-dependent, so the current Peacock device list should be checked before buying. Neither device was required for ESPN+ or Peacock access if the existing television setup already supported those services.
The 2025 format change
The 2025 TOUR Championship used a new scoring format. Every player began the 72-hole event at even par. That replaced the preceding starting-strokes system, in which players entered the final event with score advantages based on their FedExCup standings.
As a result, the 2025 tournament functioned as conventional stroke play: the player with the lowest actual 72-hole score won. This matters when interpreting the leaderboard because the final totals represented the players’ four-round tournament scores, not a mixture of opening FedExCup starting positions and strokes played during the event.
Who won the 2025 TOUR Championship?
Tommy Fleetwood won at 18 under par with a 262 total. His four rounds were:
| Round | Score |
|---|---|
| Round 1 | 64 |
| Round 2 | 63 |
| Round 3 | 67 |
| Round 4 | 68 |
| Total | 262, 18 under par |
Russell Henley and Patrick Cantlay tied for second at 15 under par, three shots behind Fleetwood. Scottie Scheffler, Corey Conners, and Cameron Young tied for fourth at 14 under.
The $40 million purse paid Fleetwood $10 million for first place. The official PGA TOUR results page recorded the final positions, round-by-round scores, total, and official earnings.

How to find the archived leaderboard and tournament information
The PGA TOUR’s official TOUR Championship tournament page provided the final leaderboard, player scorecards, course information, results, and tournament updates. Its digital coverage also included official scores, tee times, player information, and live-audio resources during the event. For an archived result, the official results and leaderboard are preferable to an old broadcast listing because they reflect the completed tournament.

Creator Classic: a separate East Lake event
The Creator Classic at East Lake took place on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, one day before the TOUR Championship. It featured golf creators and was separate from the official 30-player FedExCup finale.
The Creator Classic streamed through the PGA TOUR’s YouTube channel, YouTube TV, GOLF Channel, and ESPN+, as well as several free ad-supported television platforms, including Pluto TV, Roku, Samsung TV Plus, Prime Video, Fire TV, Tubi, Xumo Play, and LG Channels. Its presence at East Lake should not be mistaken for an additional TOUR Championship round or for part of the tournament’s official four-day competition.
U.S. and international viewing limitations
The schedule in this guide applied to the United States and used Eastern Time. International broadcast rights and start times varied by territory. The PGA TOUR published separate international broadcaster information, so viewers outside the U.S. needed to consult the broadcaster serving their location.
Peacock’s service availability was limited to the United States and certain U.S. territories according to its official availability information. Viewers outside those locations should not assume that NBC or Peacock carried the event in the same way. Streaming-platform support can also change; even when a platform family is supported, individual device models and operating-system versions may differ.
