What is the cheapest way to watch it?

- Select Get Started or the sign-in option.
- Create an account or sign in, then choose an available Paramount+ plan.
- Search for Smile 2 in the Paramount+ website or app.
- Select the film and begin playback.
Button labels can differ between the website, phone, smart-TV, and connected-device apps. If the page shows only a trailer, sign in and confirm that the account has an active, eligible U.S. subscription.
How to rent or buy it digitally
Google Play or Google TV
- Open the U.S. Google Play listing.
- Choose Rent 4K or Buy 4K, if those options are displayed for your account.
- Complete payment through your Google account.
- Watch in a browser or on a supported device.
The listing checked on August 18, 2026 showed $5.99 for a 4K rental and $14.99 for a 4K purchase.
Amazon Video
- Open the Amazon Prime Video title page.
- Check whether the displayed choice is subscription access, a channel subscription, rental, or purchase.
- Confirm the final price and video quality before completing payment.
- Play the film through a supported Prime Video app or device.
The Amazon page checked showed a $5.99 UHD rental and $14.99 UHD purchase. Prime membership alone should not automatically be treated as including the movie.

Apple TV and Fandango at Home
The U.S. Apple TV listing confirms the film, but the retrieved page did not expose a current rental or purchase price. Fandango at Home is also listed as a rental and purchase provider. In both cases, check the price, format, and account region at checkout.

Rental versus purchase
A rental is a temporary viewing license. The retailer controls the exact start, expiration, and playback-window rules, so read the checkout screen rather than relying on a universal rental period.
A purchase generally adds the film to your digital library, but it remains subject to the retailer’s account, platform, and licensing policies. “Buy” does not necessarily mean you receive a downloadable, DRM-free video file.

Google Play indicates that the film can be watched in a web browser or on supported devices. Apple’s listing identifies English and Spanish audio, English closed captions, and audio-description tracks. Amazon lists UHD/HDR availability on its title page.
That does not guarantee 4K, HDR, downloads, or a particular audio format on every television, phone, streaming box, app, account, or internet connection. The retailer and device must both support the selected format.

Smile 2 is a 2024 horror sequel starring Naomi Scott as pop star Skye Riley. It runs approximately 127 minutes, or 2 hours and 7 minutes, and is rated R.

Do you need to watch the first Smile?
Not necessarily. Smile 2 follows Skye Riley and presents its own central story, so a new viewer can follow the immediate premise. Watching the first Smile is still recommended if you want more context about the entity, the apparent rules of the curse, and the franchise’s recurring themes. The available official descriptions do not establish that the films must be watched in order.
If the movie is missing from your service
- Confirm that your account region is the United States.
- Search for the exact title instead of relying on a homepage recommendation.
