What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Yes, you can watch some MMA legally for free—but no single free service carries every major event. In the United States, check CBS for selected UFC fights, the official PFL app for eligible international-league events, and ONE Championship’s official YouTube, Facebook, or watch.onefc.com listings for qualifying events. For replays and archive content, use UFC.com, Tubi’s UFC channel, and PFL’s free ad-supported programming.
The complete live UFC schedule is included with Paramount+, which is a paid service, not a permanently free option. Free trials, bundles, and provider benefits may reduce the cost temporarily, but they have separate eligibility and cancellation rules. Availability depends on your country, promotion, event, and whether you want live coverage or a replay.
Availability and pricing in this guide were checked against the supplied official sources on August 10, 2026. Sports-rights agreements and event schedules can change.

- Free with an account: you may need to register, verify an email address, or sign in, but you do not pay.
- Free trial or promotion: temporary access that may require a payment card and may automatically convert into a paid subscription.
- Included access: MMA is covered by a TV, mobile, broadband, household, school, employer, or other benefit you already receive. This is not universally free; check your own provider account.
- Paid access: a subscription, pay-per-view purchase, or event fee. Paramount+, ESPN services, UFC Fight Pass, DAZN, and similar services belong in this category unless a specific promotion or bundle says otherwise.
A listing for a “free fight” may mean one selected bout, not a live event. Likewise, “free UFC channel” may mean scheduled archive programming rather than the next numbered UFC card. Always check whether the official page says live, full event, selected fights, replay, or highlights.
The fastest legitimate options by promotion
| What you want | Best legal free option to check | What it actually provides | Main limitation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Selected UFC fights live | CBS over the air with an antenna | Only the fights or time window announced for that CBS simulcast | Not every UFC event, and not necessarily the full card |
| PFL international events in the U.S. | Official PFL app | Free live access for eligible PFL International League events, including designated PFL Europe, PFL MENA, PFL Africa, and other international-league programming | Do not assume every PFL Global event is included |
| PFL archive programming | PFL FAST channel | Free, ad-supported archives, weigh-ins, press conferences, behind-the-scenes shows, and selected scheduled programming | Not a guarantee of every premium event live |
| ONE Friday Fights and selected ONE events | ONE’s official event guide, YouTube, Facebook, or watch.onefc.com | Many events are streamed free, depending on the event and territory | Cards can include Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA, and other disciplines; premium events may be pay-per-view |
| UFC replays and individual fights | UFC.com/watch/library | Free Fights, highlights, interviews, previews, weigh-ins, and other on-demand material | Not the complete live UFC schedule |
| Linear UFC archive programming | UFC channel on Tubi | Free, ad-supported 24/7 UFC programming | It is not the same as a live numbered event or Fight Night |
How to watch UFC for free
1. Check CBS for selected live UFC coverage
In the U.S., CBS can simulcast selected portions of certain UFC numbered events. If the event is announced for your local CBS station, you can watch that broadcast over the air with a compatible antenna without buying a subscription. CBS availability depends on the event, local station schedule, and specified broadcast window.
This does not mean that UFC is generally free on CBS. A simulcast may contain only selected prelim and main-card fights, while the rest of the event remains on Paramount+. UFC’s announcement about its 2026 U.S. media arrangement gives an example of this partial-card model: a defined two-hour CBS window carried selected fights while the remaining coverage stayed on Paramount+.
Check the event-specific UFC listing and your local CBS schedule before assuming the whole card is available. The relevant official announcement is UFC’s 2026 CBS simulcast information.

2. Use the official UFC free-fight library
For on-demand viewing, the UFC video library is the safest place to look. It includes individual bouts labeled “Free Fight,” along with highlights, interviews, weigh-ins, press conferences, event previews, fighter features, podcasts, and other UFC programming.
This is a strong option if you want a particular fighter, a classic matchup, or something to watch immediately. It is not a substitute for a live UFC main card: a free individual fight is edited or presented separately from the full event, and the latest premium card may not be available in full.
3. Watch the UFC channel on Tubi
Tubi’s UFC channel offers free linear UFC programming. Think of it as a scheduled 24/7 archive channel: you join whatever is currently airing rather than selecting the next live pay-per-view event.
Programming and availability can vary by location. Tubi’s UFC channel should therefore be described as a free way to watch UFC-related archive content—not as a promise that the next numbered UFC event or Fight Night will appear there live.
4. Look for official UFC YouTube and social streams
UFC’s official digital channels regularly carry free fights, highlights, interviews, press conferences, weigh-ins, previews, and other material. UFC has also streamed UFC BJJ events free on YouTube.
UFC BJJ is grappling rather than MMA because it does not use strikes. It is worth mentioning for combat-sports fans, but it should not be presented as a free UFC MMA card.
Why old ESPN+ UFC instructions are outdated in the U.S.
Many older guides still say that U.S. viewers need ESPN+ for UFC numbered events or that numbered events are sold as ESPN+ pay-per-views. That is outdated for the 2026 U.S. rights structure. Under the agreement announced by UFC and Paramount, Paramount+ became the U.S. home of UFC numbered events and Fight Nights beginning in 2026.
The UFC schedule is included with Paramount+ plans, but Paramount+ is paid. The current U.S. page lists Essential at $8.99 per month and Premium at $13.99 per month, with both plans listing live UFC access. Confirm the current price and inclusions on Paramount+’s signup page before subscribing.

How to watch PFL for free
The PFL app: start here for international-league events
In the U.S., the official PFL app is the first place to check for free live PFL International League action. PFL describes the app as the free U.S. home for eligible international leagues, including PFL Europe, PFL MENA, PFL Africa, PFL Pacific, and other designated international programming.
The app also promotes a free fight library. You may need to create an account or sign in, and individual event availability can still depend on location and rights. Most importantly, the PFL app does not automatically mean that every PFL event is free.
PFL Global events may require ESPN access
PFL’s major U.S. Global events are separately announced across ESPN platforms. A typical announcement places a main card on ESPN or ESPN2 and prelims on the ESPN app. That generally means an eligible TV package or paid ESPN access is required rather than merely a free PFL account.
Before an event, check PFL’s Where to Watch hub and the specific event announcement. For example, PFL’s announcement for its New York event describes its broadcast arrangement separately from the free international-league app offering. The distinction is simple:
- PFL International League: check the PFL app for eligible free live events in the U.S.
- PFL Global marquee event: expect the announced ESPN arrangement unless the event page specifically lists a free option.
PFL FAST channel for free archive content
PFL’s FAST channel is free and ad-supported. Its programming includes event-library material, PFL Vault episodes, archival fights, weigh-ins, press conferences, behind-the-scenes content, and other scheduled shows. PFL also announced a launch on The Roku Channel.
FAST means “free ad-supported streaming television.” It can be useful when you want a channel to play without paying, but it is not a guarantee that every premium PFL event will be carried live. Platform availability also varies by territory.
Regional PFL options outside the U.S.
PFL’s international rights differ substantially by country:
Recommended Free Tools
- Australia: PFL has announced selected content through 9Now and the free-to-air 9Network ecosystem. Check the local 9Now listing for the specific event.
- New Zealand: PFL’s 2026 arrangement with Sky includes its wider free-to-air ecosystem, but the local schedule—not the existence of the agreement alone—determines whether a particular event is free.
- Mexico and Central America: PFL has announced a mixed FOX ecosystem involving pay TV, Tubi, and Fox One. The presence of Tubi does not mean every PFL event is free in every country.
- Brazil: PFL’s 2026 agreement places live events on ESPN and Disney+ Premium, which are not generally free services.
Use PFL’s official Where to Watch page rather than assuming that a U.S. option works in another country. The relevant announcements are available for Australia and the Pacific, New Zealand, Mexico and Central America, and Brazil.
How to watch ONE Championship for free
ONE Friday Fights and official digital streams
ONE Championship is among the strongest sources of legitimate free live combat-sports streams. Depending on the event and country, ONE Friday Fights and selected events may be listed on:
- the official ONE Championship YouTube channel;
- ONE Championship’s official Facebook page;
- watch.onefc.com; and
- regional broadcast partners named on the event’s official “How to Watch” page.
For example, ONE’s official guide for Friday Fights 156 listed YouTube, Facebook, and watch.onefc.com for viewers in the United States and Canada, as well as other territories. That does not make every ONE event universally free. The correct source is the event-specific How to Watch page.
Check the ruleset: ONE is not only MMA
ONE Friday Fights cards can include MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and other combat-sports disciplines. If you specifically want MMA, inspect the bout listing rather than assuming the entire card uses MMA rules. This is especially important for viewers searching for documentary or fight coverage under the broad “MMA” label.

Free preview does not always mean a free full event
Some premium ONE events offer only a free preview. ONE’s official pay-per-view FAQ gives an example in which the first two fights were free on YouTube while the rest of the card required a purchase.
When an event page says “free preview,” read it literally. It may provide the opening fights, a trailer, a countdown show, or selected bouts—not the entire main card.
ONE geo-restrictions and VPN warnings
ONE’s availability is highly geographic. Its watch FAQ explains that events can be geo-restricted, that purchases may work only in the country where they were made, and that VPN use can trigger blocking during purchase or playback.
Do not use a VPN to evade a sports-rights restriction. A VPN can be useful for ordinary privacy or security purposes, but bypassing a territory block may violate the service’s terms, cause payment or playback failure, or leave you paying for an event you cannot watch.
Free MMA replays, archives, and highlights
If you do not need to watch live, your legal choices are much better:
- UFC: use the UFC video library for Free Fights, highlights, interviews, previews, press conferences, and related programming.
- Tubi UFC channel: watch scheduled, ad-supported UFC archive programming through Tubi’s UFC channel.
- PFL: use the PFL FAST channel for archival fights, PFL Vault, weigh-ins, press conferences, and behind-the-scenes material.
- ONE: check ONE’s official YouTube and social channels for full free bouts, event clips, previews, and selected replays.
- Regional promotions: visit the promotion’s verified website and official social accounts. Smaller promotions frequently stream selected cards or individual bouts free, but the event page should identify the official platform.
A replay may become free after an event even when the live broadcast was paid. Conversely, an archived video may be removed or restricted when rights change, so availability is not permanent.
Free trials, bundles, and existing benefits
A trial can be a legitimate way to watch an event, but it is not the same as a permanently free stream. The exact offer, duration, eligibility, and renewal price must be checked at signup.
Paramount+’s U.S. terms say that trial or promotional details are shown during signup, that eligibility can be limited—often to new subscribers—and that a valid payment method may be required. Unless canceled in time, the account is automatically charged after the applicable trial or promotional period. Do not publish or rely on a fixed “seven-day Paramount+ trial” unless the live signup page displays that offer on the day you subscribe.
How to use a trial without a surprise charge
- Open the official service website or app directly, not a link inside an unfamiliar video player.
- Confirm that the specific MMA event is included before entering payment details.
- Read the exact trial length, renewal price, blackout rules, and cancellation terms.
- Record the renewal date immediately and set a calendar reminder at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Cancel through the same billing provider used to subscribe. A subscription purchased through an app store may need to be canceled there rather than on the service website.
- Save the cancellation confirmation and check that the account shows the correct end date.
Do not create multiple accounts to evade trial limits, and do not treat another person’s credentials as a free public resource. Use account sharing only within the household and device rules permitted by the service.
You may also already have access through a pay-TV provider, mobile plan, broadband bundle, employer, school, military program, or household subscription. Check the provider’s official account portal. That is legitimate included access, but it is not a universally free service.
What about UFC Fight Pass?
UFC Fight Pass is paid, so it should not be listed as a free MMA service. It can nevertheless be good value for viewers who want more than the current UFC schedule. Depending on the territory, Fight Pass includes:
- early UFC prelims in some markets;
- live independent MMA;
- Cage Warriors, LFA, and other regional promotions;
- grappling, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing;
- historical UFC and combat-sports libraries.
Fight Pass content varies by country because of local broadcast rights. Its official FAQ refers to more than 200 live events from promotions such as LFA and Cage Warriors, but the available lineup is territory-specific. It is a paid alternative—not a free route to every UFC event.

Country-by-country reality check
United States
For live free options, check CBS for a specifically announced UFC simulcast, the PFL app for eligible International League events, and ONE’s event-specific digital listings. The full live UFC schedule is on paid Paramount+. For free archive content, use UFC.com, Tubi’s UFC channel, and PFL’s FAST channel.
Canada
Do not automatically apply U.S. rights information. Some ONE event guides list YouTube, Facebook, or watch.onefc.com for Canada, but each event can differ. For UFC and PFL, consult the promotion’s Canadian “How to Watch” or event page and the named local broadcaster.
United Kingdom and Ireland
Rights can differ between UFC, PFL, ONE, and individual events. Use the event-specific official listing for your country. A stream advertised for the U.S. or Canada may be blocked or replaced by a local partner.
Australia
Check the promotion’s local listing and, for PFL, the announced 9Now and 9Network availability for the particular event. Free-to-air rights are event- and schedule-dependent rather than permanent guarantees.
New Zealand
PFL’s 2026 Sky arrangement includes its wider free-to-air ecosystem, but you still need to verify the event and time in the local schedule. Do not infer that every event is free solely from the existence of the rights agreement.
Brazil
PFL’s announced 2026 arrangement places live events on ESPN and Disney+ Premium, which are not generally free services. Check the official local listing for any promotional or free-to-air exception.
Asia, Southeast Asia, and other countries
ONE Championship’s event-specific pages are especially important because YouTube, Facebook, watch.onefc.com, pay-per-view, and regional partners can all vary by territory. For any country not covered above, use the promotion’s official event page and look for the local “How to Watch” information.
A five-minute method for finding the legal free option
- Identify the promotion. Is it UFC, PFL, ONE, a regional MMA organization, or another combat sport mislabeled as MMA?
- Identify the exact event. Search for the event name on the promotion’s official website, not only on a general search page.
- Set your country and local time. Rights can differ between the main card, prelims, early prelims, replay, and archive.
- Read the coverage label. Confirm whether the page says live, full event, selected fights, prelims, replay, highlights, or preview.
- Check official free platforms. Look for CBS, YouTube, Facebook, the PFL app, a FAST channel, or a named free-to-air broadcaster.
- Check account requirements. A free registration is different from a paid subscription, while a card-required trial is different from both.
- Use the official page as the source of truth. Social posts and search snippets can be stale, and an official stream can move to a regional partner at short notice.
- If no free option is listed, accept the answer. The event may require a paid service. That is better than trusting a dangerous unauthorized stream.
What not to do: pirate streams, fake players, and VPN workarounds
A stream hosted by the promotion, rights-holder, licensed broadcaster, or recognized platform is the clearest sign of authorization. An unauthorized retransmission of a paid event does not become legitimate merely because the viewer watches rather than uploads it. Copyright rules and individual liability differ by jurisdiction, so avoid sweeping legal conclusions—but unauthorized streams create copyright, platform-terms, privacy, and security risks.
Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread

Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteThe U.S. Copyright Office explains how unauthorized streaming can implicate public-performance rights. It also notes that authorized services reduce exposure to malware, spyware, and unexpected material compared with unauthorized sources. Research into illegal live-streaming domains has found substantial third-party tracking activity, adding a practical privacy concern.
Warning signs of an unofficial stream
- The URL is not owned by the promotion, broadcaster, or recognized streaming platform.
- A paid event is advertised as “free full HD” without identifying a license.
- The page requires an unfamiliar browser extension, APK, media player, or special codec.
- It opens repeated pop-ups, redirects, or fake “play” buttons.
- It asks for a credit card before showing the stream but does not clearly identify the service and terms.
- It tells you to disable antivirus, browser security, or ad-blocking protections.
- It offers many mirror links for the same copyrighted event.
- The domain repeatedly disappears and returns under different names.
- A YouTube video is not linked from the promotion’s own site and comes from an unverified re-uploader.
Do not enter payment details into an unfamiliar embedded player, install an unknown APK, or disable security software to view a fight. Navigate directly to the official promotion or broadcaster website instead.
Why a VPN is not a free-stream solution
Using a VPN to bypass a territorial sports-rights restriction is not a reliable or recommended workaround. It can violate the service’s terms, cause an account or payment to be blocked, stop playback during the event, or leave you paying for access that the service refuses to deliver. ONE explicitly discusses VPN detection and blocking in its watch FAQ; UFC’s terms also reserve the right to restrict access by territory.
Troubleshooting an official free stream
The official stream is visible, but it will not play
- Confirm the event date and local start time.
- Check whether the event has already ended or has not started.
- Return to the event-specific “How to Watch” page rather than relying on an old embedded link.
- Confirm that the event is available in your country.
- Sign in or create the required free account.
- Check the promotion’s verified social account for a last-minute broadcast change.
- Try the official app instead of an embedded browser player.
A visible YouTube listing may be a trailer, replay, countdown, country-restricted video, or stream that has not started yet. It can also have moved to a regional partner. The event-specific official page is the best source of truth.

Buffering or poor video quality
For ONE’s player, the official FAQ recommends refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, restarting the device, trying another browser or device, switching networks, lowering video quality, updating the browser, and ensuring protected-content settings are enabled. ONE recommends approximately 4 Mbps downstream bandwidth for a smooth experience; consistently lower speeds may cause buffering.
Casting to a television fails
- Update the phone, TV, streaming-device app, and browser.
- Confirm that the phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Use the service’s native TV app when available.
- Try HDMI if the service permits it.
- Remember that DRM and HDCP compatibility can prevent mirroring or cause a blank screen.
ONE warns that unsupported casting or mirroring can produce frame drops, audio interruptions, or a blank or frozen image. Those problems do not mean that the stream is unauthorized; they can be caused by the device chain’s copy-protection requirements.
The service asks for a card even though the offer says free
This may be a legitimate trial, but it may also be a deceptive page harvesting payment information. Stop and verify that the browser address is the official service domain. Read the renewal terms, exact duration, and event inclusion before proceeding. If you only want a permanently free stream, prefer CBS antenna coverage, official YouTube or Facebook streams, free apps, and FAST channels that do not require a trial.
Choosing the best option for your situation
| Your priority | Best route to check | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| One selected UFC fight live | CBS, if that event has a simulcast | Only the announced broadcast window may be free |
| The complete UFC event live | Paramount+ in the U.S. | Reliable and included with a paid plan; not permanently free |
| Free international PFL live action | PFL app | Best fit for eligible International League events; not every PFL Global card |
| Free PFL archive content | PFL FAST channel | Ad-supported scheduled and on-demand programming |
| Free ONE Friday Fights | Event-specific ONE guide, YouTube, Facebook, or watch.onefc.com | Often free, but country and event restrictions apply; the card may not be all MMA |
| Classic UFC fights | UFC.com library or Tubi UFC channel | Free archive viewing, not necessarily live coverage |
| Regional MMA every week | Promotion websites and official social channels; consider Fight Pass if free options are insufficient | Rights vary, and UFC Fight Pass itself is paid |
| A legal group viewing | A licensed sports bar or watch party | No personal stream subscription may be needed, but venue costs and public-performance licensing still matter |
A personal subscription should not automatically be used for commercial public viewing. ONE’s terms, for example, restrict paid, live, and on-demand events to personal and residential use and prohibit public streaming without written permission. A venue should confirm that it has the appropriate commercial rights.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I watch the full UFC live card for free in the United States?
Usually not. Since 2026, the full U.S. UFC schedule is included with paid Paramount+. Selected fights from certain numbered events may be simulcast free on CBS, and UFC offers free individual fights, highlights, and archive programming through UFC.com, YouTube, and Tubi.
Is the PFL app free?
The official PFL app offers free access to eligible PFL International League live events and a free fight library in the U.S. It does not guarantee free access to every PFL Global event or marquee card, many of which are announced on ESPN platforms.
Does ONE Championship stream every event free on YouTube?
No. Many ONE Friday Fights and selected events are listed free on official YouTube, Facebook, or watch.onefc.com streams, but availability depends on the event and country. Premium events may offer only a free preview or require payment.
Is UFC Fight Pass free?
No. UFC Fight Pass is a paid subscription. It can provide substantial value through regional MMA, Cage Warriors, LFA, grappling, other combat sports, and archive content, but it should not be described as a free service.
Recommended Free Tools
Can I use a free trial to watch MMA?
Sometimes, if the official service currently offers a qualifying trial and the event is included. Check the exact offer at signup, note the renewal date and price, and cancel through the same billing provider before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. A payment card and automatic renewal may apply.
Is it safe or legal to watch an unofficial free MMA stream?
An unauthorized stream can raise copyright and terms-of-service concerns and may expose you to malware, spyware, aggressive redirects, fake payment forms, and third-party tracking. Use official promotion, broadcaster, platform, app, or free-to-air listings instead. Laws differ by jurisdiction, so avoid treating this as individualized legal advice.
Why is a free MMA stream blocked in my country?
Sports rights are territorial. A promotion may license one country to YouTube, another to a television network, and a third to a paid service. Check the event-specific official “How to Watch” page for your country rather than using a VPN to bypass the restriction.
The Bottom Line
The legal free-MMA answer is event-specific. In the U.S., check CBS for selected UFC fights, the PFL app for eligible international-league events, ONE’s official digital listings for qualifying cards, and UFC, PFL, and Tubi for free replays and archive programming. If the complete live event is not listed on an official free platform, it probably requires a paid service. Avoid pirate streams, suspicious players, unknown downloads, and VPN-based rights workarounds.
