Married at First Sight Australia season 13 premiered in Australia on February 2, 2026, and in the UK on March 9. Australian viewers can stream the season on 9Now, free with advertising; UK viewers can watch through E4 and Channel 4. The season has finished its original Australian run, so check the official service in your territory for current episode availability. “From anywhere” does not mean every country has the same rights: a VPN is mainly a possible option for eligible Australian viewers travelling abroad, not a guaranteed way for anyone to unlock 9Now.

Australia: free streaming on 9Now
The 13th Australian season, marketed as the 2026 season, began on Channel 9 and 9Now on February 2 at 7:30 p.m. The official production announcement confirms the launch; 9Now’s season announcement directs viewers to its episodes and describes the service as free. Open the [9Now show hub](https://www.9now.com.au/married-at-first-sight), sign in or create an account if prompted, and select season 13. The free service includes advertising, and account or location requirements can change.

UK: E4 and Channel 4
The best-supported UK premiere date is Monday, March 9, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. on E4, with episodes scheduled Monday through Thursday and online viewing through Channel 4. The date is now historical: check Channel 4 for the current catch-up listing and any expiry dates. A Channel 4 account and UK regional access may be required.
Some earlier guides gave March 7. For example, Tom’s Guide listed March 7, while Radio Times listed March 9 and provided the Monday-to-Thursday schedule. March 9 is the better-supported final date. UK viewers do not normally need a VPN: E4 and Channel 4 are the local routes, though their release followed Australia’s.

Watching while travelling: what a VPN can and cannot do
If you are an Australian resident travelling overseas, first try your existing 9Now account. If the service blocks playback abroad, a VPN connecting through an Australian server may help, but it does not create an account or guarantee access. 9Now may detect and block VPN traffic, and its terms and location checks still apply. Review local law and the platform’s terms rather than assuming the method is permitted everywhere.
- Confirm you have a legitimate 9Now account.
- If you choose to use a VPN, install it from its official site or app store and connect to an Australian server.
- Try 9Now in a browser if the app does not work. If playback remains blocked, try another Australian server or use the official broadcaster available where you are.
A missing app-store listing does not make unofficial downloads safe; avoid unknown APKs, piracy sites and social-media episode uploads. A site advertising a “free stream” but requesting card details may be offering a trial or could be misleading. If a 9Now stream fails, check that you selected the right season and episode, then try the official web player. Browser, app and TV-device checks can differ.

US distribution is not confirmed here for season 13. Previous Australian seasons have appeared on Lifetime and, in some cases, Prime Video, but rights can differ by season and country; check for a current season-specific listing before subscribing. In New Zealand, Three/ThreeNow was reported as the local destination, but its current catalogue should be checked directly. In Canada and elsewhere, look for a local rights-holder listing rather than assuming that 9Now or another country’s service will work.
