Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread
Repair common Windows errors and clear accumulated junk for a smoother, more stable PC - no reinstall needed.Free scan · no reinstallOutdated Drivers Are Slowing You Down
One free scan finds every outdated or missing driver and matches the right update for your exact hardware.Free scan · exact hardware matchTo stream recorded NEET biology lectures continuously on YouTube, send a live feed from an encoder such as OBS Studio: use an OBS Media Source with looping enabled for one lecture, or a VLC Video Source playlist with Loop Playlist enabled for several. You need a YouTube-eligible channel, rights to every recording and included asset, a computer and internet connection that stay available, and ongoing monitoring. For a hosted alternative that does not rely on a home computer, StreamNeo streams uploaded videos to YouTube from the cloud.
Before you set up a 24/7 lecture stream
Confirm channel eligibility
Verify your YouTube channel and confirm live streaming is enabled before scheduling a launch. YouTube says first-time activation can take up to 24 hours, so do not leave this check until broadcast time. See YouTube’s live-streaming eligibility guidance.
Clear the rights to every part of the broadcast
Use only recordings and other material you are authorized to stream. Educational subject matter does not itself grant rebroadcast rights. Check the lecture video, slides, music, images, and any other included assets. YouTube scans live streams for third-party matches; a match can replace the stream with a placeholder image, and continued use may lead to interruption or termination. Even a license may not be enough if the rights holder must add your channel to a Content ID allowlist. YouTube’s live-streaming terms place responsibility on the content provider to have the necessary rights for worldwide use on Google services.
Choose how to loop the lectures
| Setup | Best for | What it requires |
|---|---|---|
| OBS Media Source | Repeating one lecture | OBS, a local video file, and a computer and network connection that remain running. |
| OBS VLC Video Source | Rotating through multiple lectures | OBS, VLC installed, a playlist, and a computer and network connection that remain running. For 64-bit OBS, install 64-bit VLC. |
OBS documents both source types and their loop controls in its Media Sources guide. The VLC source is unavailable until VLC is installed.

- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Set up a single lecture in OBS
- Create a scene: In OBS, add a scene for the lecture broadcast.
- Add the video: In the Sources panel, select + and choose Media Source. Add the local lecture file.
- Enable looping: Open the Media Source properties and turn on Loop. Check the preview to confirm the file plays and restarts as expected.
- Check audio and picture: Confirm the lecture audio is audible and the video is framed correctly. Test with movement and sound representative of the intended stream.
Set up a lecture playlist in OBS
- Install VLC: Install the version matching OBS; 64-bit OBS requires 64-bit VLC.
- Add the playlist source: In OBS, add a VLC Video Source, then select or create the playlist of lecture files.
- Set playlist looping: Enable Loop Playlist in the source settings and arrange the lecture order you want viewers to see.
- Preview the rotation: Check that the current item plays with audio, then verify the transition to another item before going live.
Connect OBS to YouTube Live
- Open YouTube Live Control Room: Create or select the live stream and locate its stream key and server URL.
- Enter the connection details in OBS: In OBS stream settings, select the YouTube service and use the stream key and server URL provided for the chosen broadcast. YouTube recommends RTMPS where supported.
- Protect the stream key: Treat it as a password. Anyone with the key may be able to send a feed to your stream; do not publish it or share it in screenshots.
- Configure and test: Choose a resolution and bitrate your upload connection can sustain. Use constant-bitrate encoding as YouTube recommends, and test the actual audio and motion before relying on the setup. YouTube’s encoder recommendations list supported settings; there is no single bitrate that is right for every resolution and connection.
- Leave bandwidth headroom: YouTube recommends upload capacity at least 20% above the total stream bitrate. Run an upload speed test and allow for other devices and network use.
- Preview, then start: Start streaming from OBS, check the Live Control Room preview, and begin the broadcast when the feed looks and sounds right. Keep an eye on stream health and playback.
YouTube warns that network interruptions can break a stream. A looping source does not by itself make the broadcast uninterrupted: the encoder, local media files, network, account eligibility, and YouTube service all remain dependencies. See YouTube’s guidance on live-streaming errors and stream health.
Plan separately for replays and archives
A continuous broadcast is not a dependable way to preserve a complete replay. YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, but a stream exceeding 12 hours may not be captured at all. This is platform guidance, not a guarantee that every shorter stream will be archived. Keep the original lecture files. If a replay matters, schedule separate sessions below that threshold and check current archive settings in YouTube. See YouTube’s archive guidance.

Troubleshoot common problems
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| OBS has no VLC Video Source option | VLC is not installed or its architecture does not match OBS. | Install VLC; for 64-bit OBS, use 64-bit VLC, then reopen OBS. |
| The lecture plays once and stops | The source’s loop control is off. | Enable Loop for a Media Source or Loop Playlist for a VLC Video Source. |
| YouTube does not receive the OBS feed | Incorrect stream key or server URL, or live streaming is not enabled on the channel. | Recheck the selected stream’s connection details in Live Control Room and confirm channel eligibility. Keep the key private. |
| Stream health is poor or the broadcast disconnects | Upload capacity is insufficient or the network is unstable. | Test upload speed, reduce the stream bitrate if needed, preserve YouTube’s recommended 20% headroom, and monitor the connection. |
| Audio or video is missing in preview | Source, playback, or encoder configuration is incorrect. | Test the file in OBS, check source audio and levels, and preview representative movement and sound before going live. |
| The stream is interrupted after a copyright match | Content in the broadcast matches material claimed by a third party. | Stop using material unless you have the necessary rights; contact the rights holder about any required Content ID allowlisting. |
