Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?
Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minutePC Slower Than It Used to Be?

YouTube provides the live ingest and monitoring workflow; playlist switching must be handled by your chosen playout or encoder tool. Clear every recording for continuous livestream use before broadcasting.
Plan the schedule and playlists
Start with a simple daily running order. Decide when bhajans should play, when aarti begins, and whether the stream should return to bhajans afterward. Set the schedule to your temple’s or channel’s local time and account for any ceremonies or seasonal changes.
- Build distinct playlists. Arrange the bhajans and aarti recordings in the intended play order. Use recordings cleared for the exact livestream use.
- Choose the transition points. Note the time each playlist should begin and whether the change should happen at a fixed time or after a particular item. Confirm that your playout tool supports the behavior you need.
- Check media consistency. Keep resolution, frame rate, and audio settings consistent across playlist items where practical. Mismatches can make a transition feel abrupt or produce visible or audible changes.
- Test the sequence before relying on it. Run through each changeover and confirm the correct playlist starts, audio is present, and there are no unintended gaps or level jumps.
Do not assume YouTube will switch devotional playlists on a schedule. The reviewed YouTube encoder workflow covers sending a stream to YouTube, not automatic bhajan-to-aarti playlist changes. Those depend on your playout or encoder software and its current scheduling features. See YouTube’s encoder setup instructions.
Clear rights before you stream
Devotional subject matter, attribution, or permission to upload a recording to a video platform does not by itself establish permission to use it in a continuous live stream. YouTube says live streams are scanned for third-party content. If it detects a match, it may replace the stream with a placeholder and issue a warning; if the content remains, the stream may be interrupted or terminated. Read YouTube’s guidance on copyright issues with live streams.

YouTube’s livestream terms put responsibility on the provider to have the necessary rights for worldwide live exploitation, including music rights from artists, labels, publishers, and other royalty participants. Review the YouTube livestream terms and obtain permissions that explicitly cover your planned use.
What to verify in a permission or licence
- The specific recording and performance are covered, not merely the composition or song title.
- Continuous livestreaming and looping are permitted.
- The intended territories, monetization, and planned term are included.
- The rights holder explains the process for Content ID allowlisting, if applicable.
- Written agreements and correspondence are retained so the channel can document its permission.
Original performances with participant consent, written permission for the exact recording and intended uses, or an explicitly licensed catalogue are possible starting points; each still needs a scope that matches the actual broadcast. A live licence alone may not prevent a Content ID interruption. YouTube advises licensed creators to ask the rights owner to add their channel to the Content ID allowlist; see YouTube’s Content ID matching guidance.
YouTube Creator Music’s reviewed help page describes licensing tracks for use in videos and says the feature is available to U.S. creators in the YouTube Partner Program. That page does not establish coverage for continuous live streaming, so check the track’s exact terms before relying on it: License tracks.

Cloud playout service
A cloud playout service can host uploaded recordings and send a continuous output without requiring your local computer to encode around the clock. Confirm that the service’s current controls support your playlist order and scheduled transitions, then test those transitions before launch. StreamNeo’s devotional guides describe uploading approved chant or aarti videos, selecting a video or playlist, adding a YouTube stream key, and starting a cloud stream. See its aarti and mantra streaming guide.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesStreamNeo is the publisher’s own service. It streams uploaded videos to YouTube, not camera footage or other platforms. Its stated plan includes one always-on stream per slot, 10 GB of storage per slot pooled across active slots, playlist looping, and recovery if YouTube drops the stream. The uploaded file streams as made, up to 4K at 60 fps, with one flat price per slot rather than quality tiers. Check StreamNeo for current features and terms.
Locally managed encoder and playout
A local workflow gives the operator control over the equipment and playout software, but the computer, encoder, and internet connection must remain available for the broadcast. Use a playout or encoder application whose current scheduling features support the playlist changes you planned; YouTube’s Live Control Room should not be treated as the playlist scheduler.

- In YouTube Studio, open Live Control Room and create or schedule a stream.
- Copy the stream URL and stream key from the live settings and enter them in your encoder. Treat the key as a password: do not publish or share it, and reset it if you believe it has been exposed. See Manage live stream settings.
- Set the playout schedule in your encoder or its companion software, then configure the output using YouTube’s supported ingest and encoding guidance.
- Start the encoder and wait for the incoming signal. Inspect the Live Control Room preview before starting the public stream.
- Run a transition test and verify that the intended playlist is playing on the public watch page.
Set encoder output and verify stream health
YouTube’s current encoder guidance specifies RTMP or RTMPS ingestion, H.264 video, AAC or MP3 audio, and constant bitrate encoding. It recommends a two-second keyframe interval and says not to exceed four seconds. Choose resolution and bitrate to suit the available upload connection; the published bitrate table lists recommended H.264 rates of 5 Mbps for 1080p at 30 fps and 3 Mbps for 720p at 30 fps. These are YouTube encoding recommendations, not guarantees that a particular connection will sustain the stream. Check the full encoder settings, bitrate, and resolution guidance.
- Run a speed test and leave sufficient upload capacity for a stable broadcast.
- Test with audio and video comparable to the material you will stream.
- Check YouTube’s Live Control Room preview before going live.
- Listen through the bhajan-to-aarti transitions for silence, abrupt cuts, or volume jumps.
- Confirm the right playlist is playing and check both stream health and the public watch page.
- If you keep a local archive, verify that the recording is growing during the broadcast.
YouTube also recommends preparing the encoder in advance and monitoring audio and video quality while streaming. Its computer live-streaming tips are at YouTube live streaming tips.
Plan for interruptions and replay limits
Test what happens if the encoder, network connection, or playout service stops. Know how the stream is restarted and how you will confirm the scheduled playlist resumes correctly. A local setup depends on its local computer and connection; a cloud service avoids keeping that computer running but still depends on the service and YouTube. Check the current recovery behavior and terms of whichever route you choose rather than assuming uninterrupted service.

If a replay matters, do not rely on one unbroken 24/7 broadcast to produce a complete YouTube archive. YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived; streams over 12 hours may not be captured at all. Consider shorter sessions or keep a local recording backup, and verify the archive is being created. See YouTube’s archive guidance.
