Enter your billing details
- Sign in to your OneStream Live account.
- Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner, then choose Account Settings.
- Open Billing.
- Scroll to Invoice & Billing Details.
- Select This is a business account.
- Enter the tax identifier in the field labeled VAT ID. The help article uses that label; it does not establish that Indian GSTINs are accepted there.
- Select Save Billing Address.

Find billing history and invoices
Go to Profile Avatar > Account Settings > Billing > Invoice and Billing Details. OneStream Live’s help collection says invoices are visible in this area, but does not expressly say whether each one can be downloaded.
What this means for an Indian GSTIN or an existing invoice
OneStream Live’s tax guidance says plan prices exclude applicable taxes and that taxes may be calculated at checkout or added to the invoice depending on location and local tax rules. Its specific tax instructions discuss EU VAT; they do not specify how Indian GST applies to a subscription or whether the VAT ID field accepts a GSTIN. The published billing guidance also does not say that saving details changes an already-issued invoice, triggers a corrected invoice, or establishes eligibility for input tax credit. If you need a GSTIN shown on a particular invoice, contact support and ask whether the identifier is supported and whether that invoice can be corrected. The help center lists live chat and [email protected] for subscription, invoice, or billing issues.
The GST Council’s e-invoice schema identifies buyer billing GSTIN as a string field with a maximum length of 15 characters. That is background about the schema, not evidence about OneStream Live’s form or tax treatment: GST Council e-invoice schema.

UPI is payment guidance, not GST guidance
