Which movie does this refer to?
It refers to the live-action and animated feature Sonic the Hedgehog, in which Sonic arrives on Earth and faces Dr. Robotnik. Paramount’s English-language listing identifies the film as a 2020 release. The German regional page that gives Sonic’s age lists the year as 2019, so its age statement is best attributed specifically to that page rather than treated as wording confirmed across all regional listings. See Paramount’s English film listing.
