In a 2017 interview, she put it bluntly: “I knew he did it.” She also described her and Kris Jenner’s disappointment after Simpson’s criminal acquittal. The next day, The Washington Post reported Jenner’s unequivocal view and quoted her memoir: “I believe he got away with two savage murders.” The paper also quoted Jenner describing Simpson as “the most narcissistic, egocentric, neediest a—— in the world of sports I had ever seen.” That is Jenner’s characterization, not an independently established assessment of his personality. How Jenner described the family’s reaction
Jenner said Kris shared her view of Simpson and that they were “obviously very disappointed with the verdict.” She recalled the trial being especially difficult for Kourtney and Kim because their father, Robert Kardashian, represented Simpson while Jenner and Kris believed he was guilty. “So it was more tough on them than it was on us,” she said, according to the Post and Bravo.

Jenner also recounted a later private conversation in which Robert Kardashian told her, “I would have been okay if they got him in the first trial.” This is Jenner’s reported recollection of what he said, not a statement independently verified by the news reports.
What happened in the criminal and civil cases
Simpson was acquitted in the criminal trial. In a separate civil case, the Goldmans won a $33.5 million judgment, according to the Post; the Associated Press later summarized Simpson as having been found liable. A civil liability finding is distinct from a criminal conviction, and neither outcome turns Jenner’s stated belief into a court finding. The Associated Press’s April 11, 2024 report

After Simpson died in 2024, Jenner posted “Good Riddance #OJSimpson,” the AP reported. It was a separate, later expression of hostility, following her 2017 remarks about the case.
