Its members were Tsukumo Sana, Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, Nanashi Mumei, and Hakos Baelz. Official profiles list August 23, 2021 as the debut stream date for Sana, Kronii, and Mumei; that shared date does not establish the full relay schedule or the exact timing of each member’s stream.

What is each Council member’s lore?
Tsukumo Sana: Speaker of Space
Sana’s official profile identifies her as the Council’s Speaker of Space. In its account, Space was the first concept created by the Gods. Sana discovered the Forbidden Truth and was transformed into an apostle for the Ancient Ones. Her profile page now carries an alum label, a present-day status that should be distinguished from her place in Council’s 2021 history.
