It said Young had been contacted for comment and published no response; it also reported no statement from Carnage. The report does not establish their relationship status today.
What did the 2021 report say?
In a report published on 23 May 2021, PerthNow journalist Krystal Sanders used qualified language, saying Young was “believed to have split” from Carnage and “looks to have parted ways” with him. Those phrases describe an apparent split, not a confirmed one. Read the PerthNow report.
The article said, “Young was contacted for comment,” but included no reply or confirmation from her. It reported no statement from Carnage either. The article therefore documented a report of a possible separation, not an announcement by either person.
What did PerthNow report about their relationship?
PerthNow’s account said Young first appeared to be dating Carnage in June 2020, following a brief trip to Perth and hotel quarantine. This is the chronology as described retrospectively in that 2021 article, not an independently established timeline.

The report identified Carnage as Diamante Anthony Blackmon, also known by the moniker El Diablo, and described him as a Guatemalan-American DJ and record producer. It described Young as a model raised in Perth.
Does the report establish their current relationship status?
No. The report is dated 23 May 2021, and it cannot establish whether Young and Carnage are together or apart now. No current relationship status is verified here, so the 2021 report should not be presented as a confirmed or current breakup.
