Alexa Jerstad, assistant general manager of Great Bear Ski Valley, described the project as a celebration of the people and memories that shaped the venue. “Great Bear has always been about much more than skiing,” Jerstad said. “It’s about the people who showed up year after year and made this place what it is.”
That community emphasis is reflected in another comment from Jerstad: “Everyone has their own Great Bear story.” The film’s structure, built from many individual experiences, is intended to show how those stories collectively form the resort’s history.
