Gracie Abrams brought Robyn onstage during her July 31, 2025, Lollapalooza set at Grant Park in Chicago to perform Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own.” Abrams’s official video, published August 18, presents the duet alongside “Close To You.” The performance also revisited a song Abrams had covered at Lollapalooza in 2022, according to NME.
What happened onstage
Robyn joined Abrams at the T-Mobile Stage during Abrams’s July 31 set in Grant Park. They performed “Dancing On My Own,” Robyn’s song. NME reported the collaboration the following day and described it as the closing moment of Abrams’s set.

A community-maintained setlist.fm entry also lists the Robyn cover and notes a “Close to You” reprise in the outro. That setlist is a useful cross-check, rather than an official festival archive.
What the official video includes
Abrams’s official YouTube channel published the recording on August 18, 2025, under the title “Gracie Abrams, Robyn – Close To You & Dancing On My Own (Live From Lollapalooza 2025).” The title pairs the duet with Abrams’s “Close To You”; it does not, by itself, establish the precise order or full setlist. The video is also listed in Abrams’s official Weverse media catalogue.
#1 Best Overall
- Gracie Abrams returns with the deluxe version of her sophomore album, The Secret of Us, released via Interscope Records
Why the collaboration stood out
The performance connected Abrams’s 2025 set to her first Lollapalooza appearance in 2022, when she covered “Dancing On My Own,” NME reported. In 2025, she performed it with Robyn onstage. NME called the return a “full circle moment”; that is the outlet’s framing, not a quoted explanation from either artist.
