Their children, in birth order, are Caroline, Albert and Stéphanie. Monaco’s official tourism biography gives their full names and birth dates, and the Princess Grace Foundation-USA also confirms that the couple had three children.

Princess Caroline: the eldest child
Caroline Louise Marguerite was born on 23 January 1957, the first child of Rainier III and Princess Grace. The Prince’s Palace biography records her involvement in Monaco’s cultural life, including work with the Printemps des Arts and other cultural institutions.

Prince Albert II: the only son and Monaco’s sovereign prince
Albert Alexandre Louis Pierre was born on 14 March 1958. He is Grace and Rainier’s only son. After Rainier III died in 2005, Albert succeeded him as sovereign prince of Monaco.
Princess Stéphanie: the youngest
Stéphanie Marie Elisabeth was born on 1 February 1965. The youngest of the three, she has supported humanitarian work, including HIV/AIDS initiatives, as well as circus arts, according to her Palace biography.
