How Amanda, Katie and Jett joined the family
George and Marcia Lucas adopted Amanda in 1981. They divorced in 1983; George later adopted Katie and Jett as a single parent. The family sequence is documented in a 1997 Biography Today profile and corroborated by a 2026 CNN Newsource fact sheet. The accounts establish the adoption relationships and sequence, not precise birth dates for all three older children.
What is publicly known about each child
Amanda Lucas
Amanda is the eldest in the family chronology. A secondary biography describes her history competing in mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and summarizes a 2014 interview in which she discussed taking time away during pregnancy. That historical information does not establish her current occupation or whether she competes today. KidsCo’s account is the source for those career details.

There are reported connections, but they are not identical or equally documented: a secondary article credits Katie with writing episodes of The Clone Wars, and secondary reporting associates Jett with a role in Revenge of the Sith. Amanda’s reported public work is in combat sports rather than filmmaking. These historical details do not show that all four children worked on Star Wars or describe anyone’s current occupation.
