Reports published January 14, 2026 say Gabrielle Union-Wade shared vacation photos from Japan, including nude images at an onsen in Kyoto. The coverage describes personal social-media photos, not a confirmed professional photoshoot.
What the Japan photos reportedly show
Mandatory and Parade reported that Union-Wade shared vacation images from a Japan trip, with the nude photos taken at an onsen in Kyoto. Parade also mentioned Tokyo as part of the trip. An onsen is a Japanese hot spring; the reports describe the bathing setting that way.
Mandatory attributed the caption “soaking in the moment” to the Instagram post. UOL Splash rendered it in Portuguese as “Aproveitando o momento” (“Enjoying the moment”). These are secondhand reports: the original Instagram post was not independently verified here, so the caption and post context should be understood as reported rather than directly confirmed.
What is—and is not—confirmed about the images
The January coverage characterizes the images as vacation and social-media photos. It does not establish that they were a professional or commissioned photoshoot, a paid campaign, or the work of a named photographer. UOL Splash also reported that her husband, Dwyane Wade, traveled with her.

These January 2026 reports concern Japan, Kyoto’s onsen setting, and the caption reported by Mandatory. They are distinct from a nude vacation photo post covered by Travel Noire in September 2024; details of that earlier post should not be attributed to the Japan images.
