What happens in “When We Go”
The town mourns as Boyd searches for a way forward
The town is grieving the death of one of its residents, with Tian-Chen’s death shaping the episode’s emotional context. Boyd, Kenny, and the community are affected by the loss as Boyd struggles to decide how to move forward. Rotten Tomatoes’ episode synopsis describes the farewell and Boyd’s predicament; the listing does not supply a detailed beat-by-beat account.
Tabitha tries to explain her connection to Victor
After reaching Henry, Tabitha tries to persuade him that she met his son, Victor. Henry is Victor’s father, and their conversation opens a new line of family history: Henry says his wife had visions of children before she disappeared. TV Guide’s summary confirms this exchange, but does not resolve what the visions meant.

Miranda’s paintings and Victor’s drawings
The episode’s family-history thread includes Victor’s mother, Miranda, and her paintings. A ScreenRant recap excerpt surfaced through IMDb also reports that Victor had hidden drawings in the back of his mother’s old car. That excerpt connects the drawings and paintings to the episode’s events, but it does not establish a complete account of the images or a definitive interpretation of what they mean. The paintings may invite viewers to look for connections, but a specific explanation would go beyond what these episode details support.
Fatima’s health grows more troubling
Fatima’s health worsens during the episode. The available synopsis signals an ominous development, but does not confirm its cause or provide a settled explanation. Treat it as an unresolved story thread rather than a diagnosis or answer established in this installment.

What the episode establishes—and what it leaves open
- Established: Boyd and the town are dealing with a death, and Tabitha reaches Henry and tries to tell him she met Victor.
- Established: Henry says his wife experienced visions of children before she vanished.
- Reported in the recap excerpt: Victor had hidden drawings in the back of Miranda’s old car.
- Unresolved here: The precise meaning of Miranda’s paintings, the full contents of the drawings, and the reason for Fatima’s worsening health.
The recap excerpt available through IMDb does not verify the complete set of “nine other reveals” implied by the original headline. It supports a few specific plot details, not a reliable ten-item list, so this recap sticks to what the episode summaries and excerpt actually establish.
