Frank Cozzolino, the electrician who appeared alongside Mike Holmes on HGTV’s Holmes on Homes, died on December 4, 2025, at age 56, according to the Television Academy. According to reports of a public statement by his daughter, Filomena, Cozzolino’s liver disease returned in 2025. She said he underwent a second liver transplant in July and was later diagnosed with lymphoma after post-operative complications. Holmes remembered his friend and colleague in a tribute quoted by TV Insider: “Frank made us better. His impact will live on in every home he helped.”
