“Haven’t aged a day” is a fan impression, not an objective description. A December 2023 discussion in the r/LadiesOfWrestling subreddit used that phrase about Trish Stratus and Stacy Keibler, while also naming Lita and Torrie Wilson. WWE’s career histories provide a better-grounded way to revisit why these four remain familiar: their defining eras, major milestones and documented later appearances.
Four former wrestlers fans often bring up
This is a selection, not a ranking or a complete list. The fan discussion reflects personal opinion; WWE’s biographies and Hall of Fame announcement establish career milestones, not how anyone has aged. They also do not establish what might explain a person’s appearance. The career details below come from WWE’s official biographies and Hall of Fame announcement; WWE does not state publication dates for the biographies.
| Wrestler | Career context | Documented milestone or later appearance |
|---|---|---|
| Trish Stratus | Entered WWE as a manager in March 2000 and began competing in 2001 | Seven Women’s Championship wins; Hall of Fame induction in 2013; WWE also recounts a 2023 rivalry with Becky Lynch |
| Lita | Debuted in WWE in 2000 and became associated with the Hardy Boyz as Team Xtreme | Four Women’s Championship reigns; Hall of Fame induction in 2014; WWE’s biography recounts later appearances and tag-team activity |
| Torrie Wilson | Entered wrestling through WCW and joined WWE in 2001 | Injuries took her out of the ring in 2008; later WWE appearances included the 2018 Women’s Royal Rumble and WWE Evolution; Hall of Fame induction in 2019 |
| Stacy Keibler | Started with WCW’s Nitro Girls in 2000, then worked in WCW and WWE | Departed WWE in 2006; inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023 |
Trish Stratus: from manager to seven-time champion
WWE’s biography places Stratus’s arrival in March 2000, initially as a manager, and says she began competing in 2001. It credits her with seven Women’s Championship wins. She announced her retirement in 2006 and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013. The biography also recounts later returns, including a 2023 rivalry with Becky Lynch.
Lita: Team Xtreme and a lasting WWE presence
Lita debuted in WWE in 2000 and became closely associated with the Hardy Boyz as Team Xtreme. WWE records four Women’s Championship reigns and her 2014 Hall of Fame induction. Its biography also describes later appearances and tag-team activity, providing career context beyond her original run.

How to revisit their careers without turning a fan impression into a fact
For a useful comparison, focus on dated career material: the era a viewer remembers, championship or Hall of Fame milestones, and appearances WWE documents afterward. Archival and recent images can be part of that conversation only when they are properly sourced and dated. A photograph cannot establish a person’s health, routines or the reasons they look a certain way.
