Is this Luke Kleintank’s last episode?

Does “Touts” give Forrester a send-off?
No. TV Insider’s May 7 recap says the episode offers no exit or hint about what takes Forrester away from the Fly Team. He handles the case in his usual fashion, including seeking information from MI5, while the episode’s family-focused material belongs to Smitty. TV Insider’s recap
That split matters to the viewing experience. As a Smitty-centered procedural with a family dimension, “Touts” has a clear focus. As a final appearance for a lead character, it does not supply a farewell or closure. Viewers expecting the episode to explain Forrester’s absence afterward may find that expectation unmet; the departure is a fact of the actor’s run, not a story resolved here.

The case premise supplies the episode’s immediate stakes: a former IRA member is attacked while traveling with his son, and the violence escalates as the team investigates. The Smitty family thread shifts the emphasis from case mechanics toward the agent’s personal life. That makes the episode’s central balance one between the investigation and the character story. The available episode account establishes the family material as the emotional focus, but does not support a claim that the case or personal story is definitively more successful.
FBI: International follows the FBI’s Budapest-based Fly Team as it travels through Europe to address threats against Americans, according to Wolf Entertainment’s series overview. In “Touts,” that traveling-team setup frames the London investigation while Smitty’s family story gives the episode its personal center.
