Fall (2022) is a high-altitude survival thriller about two friends stranded atop a remote desert radio tower. Its vertigo-inducing setup and a spoiler-sensitive twist make it a tense watch; the twist is best experienced without knowing what it reveals. Netflix availability varies by country, so check your local listing.
What is Fall about?
After a climbing accident leaves Becky grieving and withdrawn, her friend Hunter persuades her to climb a disused radio tower in the desert. They reach the top, but getting back down becomes a desperate survival problem. Netflix’s synopsis places the friends 2,000 feet in the air; that figure describes the film’s premise, not a real-world statistic.
With isolation, dwindling supplies and no easy way to summon help, the film builds tension around the characters’ attempts to find a way down or signal for rescue. Director Scott Mann keeps the focus on the height and the precariousness of their situation.
Does Fall have a twist?
Yes. A later reveal changes the stakes, and the film’s suspense depends in part on how the audience understands what is happening. It is more rewarding to go in without details: even a description of the reveal can spoil the experience. The tension, vertigo and survival dilemma are enough to know whether the premise appeals.

Who should watch it?
Fall is a fit for viewers who enjoy contained survival stories, high-stakes isolation and suspense built around physical danger. Its tower setting makes height a constant source of tension. It is fictional entertainment, not a guide to climbing: attempting to access an abandoned tower or other unsafe structure is dangerous.
The film also has a Prime Video listing and an Apple TV page. These listings establish other home-viewing paths, but do not guarantee current availability in your region or physical-disc stock.
