Kendrick Lamar’s official Super Bowl LIX set list contains 10 released songs. In performance order, they were “Squabble Up,” “HUMBLE.,” “DNA.,” “euphoria,” “Man at the Garden,” “peekaboo,” “luther” with SZA, “All the Stars” with SZA, “Not Like Us,” and “TV Off” with DJ Mustard.
The broadcast also opened with a brief, unreleased GNX teaser before “Squabble Up.” It is often called “Bodies,” but that is a tentative fan and media label rather than a confirmed official song title. For that reason, Apple Music’s official playlist counts 10 songs, while a complete account of what viewers heard includes the teaser separately.
Kendrick Lamar’s complete Super Bowl 2025 set list
Kendrick Lamar headlined the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX halftime show at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9, 2025. The performance was presented as a highly compressed, approximately 13-minute concert film featuring Kendrick and SZA.
- GNX teaser — an unreleased opening fragment, commonly but unofficially called “Bodies”
- “Squabble Up”
- “HUMBLE.”
- “DNA.”
- “euphoria”
- “Man at the Garden”
- “peekaboo”
- “luther” with SZA
- “All the Stars” with SZA
- “Not Like Us”
- “TV Off” with DJ Mustard
The first item is not part of the official 10-song released-track list. It was a short musical and visual introduction, which is why some lists describe the show as an 11-song sequence while Apple Music and the Associated Press list 10 songs.

The songs in performance order
1. GNX teaser, sometimes called “Bodies”
Kendrick began with an unreleased fragment associated with the promotional material for his album GNX. Contemporary coverage commonly referred to the fragment as “Bodies,” but the title was not confirmed as the official name of a released song.
The safest way to identify this opening is therefore “the unreleased GNX teaser”, with “Bodies” described only as an unofficial or tentative label. It should not be presented as a confirmed single or as a normal track on the official halftime playlist.
2. “Squabble Up”
The first released song in the show was “Squabble Up,” one of the best-known tracks from GNX. Kendrick moved from the opening teaser into the song rather than treating the teaser as a full, separately released performance.
3. “HUMBLE.”
“HUMBLE.” brought Kendrick’s 2017 album DAMN. into the medley. The song was performed in a shortened live segment, not as a complete studio-length rendition.

4. “DNA.”
Kendrick followed “HUMBLE.” with “DNA.,” another major DAMN. track. Together, the two songs supplied the show’s clearest link to his earlier mainstream catalog before the performance returned to the newer GNX material.

5. “euphoria”
Next came an excerpt from “euphoria,” Kendrick’s 2024 diss track. The halftime performance used only a portion of the song as part of the compressed medley; it was not a complete performance of the full track.
6. “Man at the Garden”
“Man at the Garden,” from GNX, followed “euphoria.” The halftime show served as a live debut for this song, giving the newly released album a prominent place in the middle of the set.
7. “peekaboo”
Kendrick then performed “peekaboo,” another GNX track. The transition out of the song also teased the arrival of “Not Like Us,” making the later performance one of the show’s most anticipated moments.

SZA joined Kendrick for “luther,” their GNX collaboration. Her appearance changed the show’s texture from the aggressive, tightly edited rap medley to a more melodic duet.
For listeners who want the album represented most heavily in the performance, a GNX vinyl record is the most direct physical-format companion: the album includes “squabble up,” “luther,” “Man at the Garden,” “TV Off,” and “peekaboo.”
9. “All the Stars” with SZA
Kendrick and SZA continued with “All the Stars,” their collaboration from Black Panther: The Album. The song connected the halftime show to Kendrick’s earlier soundtrack work and to the wider cultural legacy of the Black Panther project.

- Experience the high-fidelity audio of vinyl
- Fully automatic belt-drive turntable operation with two speeds: 33-1/3, 45 RPM
- Anti-resonance, die-cast aluminum platter
- Redesigned tonearm base and headshell for improved tracking and reduced resonance
- Integral Dual Magnet phono cartridge with replaceable diamond stylus (ATN3600LC)
That soundtrack context makes the Black Panther soundtrack vinyl a relevant option for listeners specifically interested in “All the Stars,” rather than in the GNX-focused portion of the set.

10. “Not Like Us”
“Not Like Us” followed the SZA collaborations. Kendrick had already hinted at the song during the transition out of “peekaboo,” then delivered the 2024 hit in a broadcast-edited version.
The televised performance did not reproduce every word and line from the studio recording. Certain language was omitted or cleaned up for the Super Bowl broadcast, and Kendrick also delivered a newly performed verse. It is therefore more accurate to call this the broadcast version of “Not Like Us” than to imply that the complete, uncensored studio version was performed.
11. “TV Off” with DJ Mustard
Kendrick closed the show with “TV Off,” the final GNX song in the sequence. DJ Mustard joined him onstage for the finale.
That appearance should not be confused with the credited feature on the album version. The GNX recording identifies Lefty Gunplay as a featured artist, while the halftime-show cameo was DJ Mustard.

| Counting method | What it includes | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Apple Music’s official playlist | The 10 released songs performed in the show | 10 |
| Complete broadcast sequence | The 10 released songs plus the opening unreleased GNX teaser | 11 musical moments |
Both descriptions can be useful, but they answer slightly different questions. If the question is “What songs are on the official Super Bowl set-list playlist?”, the answer is 10. If the question is “What did viewers hear from the first sound to the last?”, the answer should mention the teaser before listing those 10 songs.
Which songs came from which Kendrick Lamar projects?
| Project or category | Songs performed |
|---|---|
| GNX | “Squabble Up,” “Man at the Garden,” “peekaboo,” “luther,” and “TV Off” |
| DAMN. | “HUMBLE.” and “DNA.” |
| 2024 standalone diss track | “euphoria” |
| Black Panther: The Album | “All the Stars” |
| Unreleased promotional material | The opening GNX teaser, sometimes called “Bodies” unofficially |
The emphasis was clearly on GNX: five of the 10 official songs came from that album, with the opening teaser adding another unreleased piece of GNX-era material.
For the two DAMN. selections, a DAMN. vinyl edition is the relevant physical album format. It is a better match for listeners following “HUMBLE.” and “DNA.” than for someone looking for the show’s newer material.
Who appeared during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show?
- SZA: performed with Kendrick on “luther” and “All the Stars.”
- DJ Mustard: joined Kendrick for the closing performance of “TV Off.”
- Samuel L. Jackson: appeared as the Uncle Sam narrator and host figure, but did not perform one of the listed songs.
- Serena Williams: appeared as a dancer during “Not Like Us,” rather than as a musical guest.
These appearances are part of the show’s staging and story, but they do not add extra songs to the set list.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Was the halftime show performed in full-length versions?
No. Super Bowl halftime performances are built around a very limited time window, and Kendrick’s set was arranged as a rapid medley. Several songs appeared in abbreviated sections or transitions, “euphoria” was represented by an excerpt, and “Not Like Us” was edited for television.
That distinction matters when comparing the broadcast with album recordings. The set list identifies the songs heard, but it does not mean every title received its complete studio arrangement.

Where to find the music represented in the show
The official Apple Music Super Bowl LIX playlist contains the 10 released songs in the set. The opening teaser is not included because it was unreleased and was not treated as one of the playlist’s 10 songs. Physical album formats provide a useful way to follow the show’s catalog: GNX covers most of the set, DAMN. contains “HUMBLE.” and “DNA.,” and Black Panther: The Album contains “All the Stars.” Availability and pressing details can vary by region and retailer.
