What happens in Season 6?
Season 5 took Emily from Rome to Venice with Agence Grateau. After declining Marcello’s invitation to join his family business, she returned to Paris. Gabriel then sent her a postcard inviting her to Greece. That invitation is the setup for the new season, but Netflix has not confirmed whether Emily receives it or accepts. Mindy, meanwhile, accepted Nicolas’s proposal, while Alfie voiced doubts about the match. Season 5 is streaming on Netflix. Netflix Tudum’s Season 6 first look · Netflix Tudum’s Season 5 overview

Greece, Monaco and a return to Paris
Netflix confirms that Season 6 will visit Greece and Monaco before returning to Paris, the show’s home base. Creator and executive producer Darren Star has described the travel as something that follows the storyline: “The show is Emily in Paris. It’s never going to permanently leave its home base.” Netflix Tudum’s release update · Netflix Tudum’s final-season announcement
Career and relationship choices
Netflix’s Media Center frames the closing chapter around unexpected career conflicts and changing relationships. Its official logline says Emily “must make one final choice between her career, her heart, and the life she’s built in Paris.” That is a broad premise, not a detailed episode synopsis or confirmation of a romantic outcome.
