How the post relates to 100 Gigs
The Instagram three-song post followed the release of 100 Gigs material, but it was a separate group of songs. Pitchfork reported that Drake’s 100 Gigs website hosted behind-the-scenes clips and other files alongside three songs: “It’s Up,” featuring Young Thug and 21 Savage; “Blue Green Red”; and “Housekeeping Knows,” featuring Latto. Pitchfork described the website collection as 100 gigabytes.

Universal Music Japan’s catalog lists 100 GIGS as a digital distribution release dated August 10, 2024, with those three tracks. That catalog entry documents the release in Japan; it does not establish identical release details for every market.
Where is “Circadian Rhythm” available?
Apple Music lists “Circadian Rhythm” on Drake’s 100 GIGS and displays August 23, 2024. That confirms a catalog listing for this track on the service. The available catalog information does not establish whether all three Instagram-posted songs are currently available across streaming services or in every territory.

Why the date matters
This is a 2024 release story, not a new 2026 announcement. Stereogum’s article appeared on August 24, 2024, and reported that Drake’s Instagram post had appeared the previous day. Keeping the two dates clear helps distinguish the original post from later catalog listings and the earlier August 100 Gigs material.
