That confirms the form’s name, not that it is Goku’s strongest across the franchise: the official material cited here offers no ranking against his other transformations.
What form does Goku debut in DAIMA?
Official Dragon Ball product materials call it Super Saiyan 4 Goku -DAIMA-, also styled Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku -DAIMA-. Bandai Namco likewise uses “Super Saiyan 4 Goku (DAIMA)” for the character in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2. Those names establish the form’s identity as DAIMA’s version of Super Saiyan 4.
The series’ official page credits Akira Toriyama with its original concept, story, and character designs, and says Dragon Ball DAIMA began airing in Japan on October 11, 2024. Dragon Ball official series announcement.
Does Super Saiyan 4 make him Goku’s strongest?
That is not established by the official sources cited here. They name the DAIMA form and describe story or product appearances, but provide no franchise-wide power ranking and no comparison with Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan Blue, or Ultra Instinct. Calling it Goku’s strongest would therefore go beyond what those sources confirm.

The useful distinction is between an official form name and a claim about relative strength. The former is clear: this is Super Saiyan 4 Goku -DAIMA-. The latter would require a direct comparison of the forms’ story context and on-screen feats; the cited announcements do not supply a formal scale or numeric multiplier.
How the transformation fits the DAIMA climax
In an official preview published February 8, 2025, the Dragon Ball site says Goku reaches Super Saiyan 3 at the end of Episode 17, then previews his battle with Third Eye Gomah in Episode 18. The preview’s sequence helps distinguish that Super Saiyan 3 moment from the later Super Saiyan 4 development, but it does not identify the episode in which Super Saiyan 4 appears.
