The reporting does not establish that Fox filed for support, received a court order, or reached an agreement with Kelly.
What the January 2025 report claimed
On January 31, 2025, Hindustan Times reported that Fox was seeking full custody and monthly support. The story relayed a RadarOnline report and attributed the account to sources close to the situation. It described a reported intention to include a child-support structure in custody arrangements, not a verified legal action or outcome.

The report did not cite a court filing, signed agreement, or court order, and it did not quote Fox directly. The unnamed sources should not be treated as statements by Fox, Kelly, or their representatives.
What is confirmed about the child and the timeline
Fox announced her pregnancy in November 2024. The January report appeared before the child was born. On March 27, 2025, Kelly announced the birth of their daughter. The Los Angeles Times reported the announcement and reproduced Kelly’s caption: “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed”. That announcement confirms the birth, not any child-support arrangement.

What later co-parenting comments do—and do not—show
In September 2025, E! News reported positive public remarks from Kelly about co-parenting with Fox. Those comments offer context about their parenting relationship, but they do not confirm whether Fox requested support or whether the parents made a financial arrangement.

The public reporting cited here does not verify that Fox filed for child support, that a court ordered Kelly to pay it, or that the two reached a private agreement. That leaves the legal and financial status unconfirmed; the absence of confirmation in these reports does not prove that no later filing or private agreement exists.
