Yes—Claro Brazil includes the Apple TV+ streaming subscription in selected paid Claro tv+ plans, but not for every TV customer. Claro identifies Box, 4K and SoundBox products as eligible; its FAQ says the Apple TV+-included offer is not available for a new App-only subscription. The benefit is part of the Claro plan price, not a free Apple device or a standalone Apple subscription for all Claro customers. Eligibility and prices below were checked August 18, 2026.
Which Claro plans include Apple TV+?
Claro’s FAQ names three product families for the Apple TV+-included offer. It separately says the benefit is not available when contracting a new Claro tv+ App-only product. Check the precise offer attached to your account rather than assuming that all products or promotions have the same inclusions.

Claro’s product pages sometimes label the benefit “Apple TV” and sometimes “Apple TV+.” Here, it means the streaming subscription, not Apple TV 4K hardware. The Claro Box is Claro equipment.

What does the Claro plan cost?
Claro’s product page lists the following promotional package prices. These are prices for Claro bundles containing multiple services—not the price of Apple TV+ alone. The offers are shown for individuals through September 30, 2026, subject to extension or change by Claro.

Claro also lists Apple TV as a separate add-on from R$29.90 per month. That is a Claro-billed standalone option, not the same as having the service included in an eligible package. Check the current offer and account terms before ordering: Claro’s Apple TV page.
The monthly Box, App and streaming plans are described on Claro’s general product page as having no loyalty period and being cancellable at any time. That does not settle every equipment, installation, financing or separate-contract obligation; check the terms attached to your order.

What is included, and where can you watch?
The benefit is an Apple TV+ streaming subscription, with Apple Originals and the subscription catalog. It does not mean every title or service visible in the Apple TV app is included: rentals, purchases and third-party services can be separate. Apple explains the distinction at Apple’s subscription offer page.
- On eligible Claro TV equipment, Claro identifies channel 839 as an access route.
- Use the Apple TV app on a supported device or visit tv.apple.com/br.
- Claro says the offer allows up to five simultaneous screens.
- Claro describes Apple TV+ as ad-free. Other streaming services in a Claro package may have ad-supported tiers.
Apple lists supported access through its app on Apple devices, many smart TVs, streaming devices, game consoles, Android and Windows devices, and the web; availability depends on country and device. See Apple’s service information. Claro says Android users without a dedicated Apple TV app can watch through a browser.
How to activate the included subscription
- Open the Minha Claro app or Minha Claro Residencial and sign in.
- Go to Minhas Assinaturas and choose Apple TV or the Apple TV+ icon.
- Tap Ativar and enter the PIN Claro sends you.
- Select Continuar, then sign in with your Apple account or create one.
- Complete any verification Apple requests and test access in the Apple TV app or on the web.
Claro’s activation instructions are at Ativar streamings. Eligible Box customers can also access an Apple TV channel directly through their Claro equipment.

If the activation option is missing
- Check the product name on your bill or order confirmation against the eligible Box, 4K or SoundBox families.
- Use Minha Claro Residencial, not Minha Claro Móvel, and look under Minhas Assinaturas.
- If installation or a plan migration has just occurred, wait for it to complete and for the entitlement to appear.
- If the account has an eligible product but Apple TV is still absent, contact Claro to check account eligibility and activation status.
What if you already pay Apple for Apple TV+?
Claro’s FAQ says that activating the benefit with an existing Apple account should automatically suspend Apple’s direct billing. Treat that as something to verify, not a reason to ignore your payment records: billing arrangements can differ, and an older Claro mobile promotion had separate cancellation rules that do not necessarily apply to this residential offer.
- Use the Apple account that already has your subscription; creating a second account can make the old charge harder to find.
- Check Apple account subscription settings to see whether Apple TV+ is billed by Apple, Claro or another provider.
- After activation, check your next Claro bill and Apple receipt history. If Apple continues charging, resolve the duplicate subscription with the billing provider shown on the account.
- Keep a separate subscription only if you intend to pay for it independently.
Claro’s current FAQ is the relevant starting point: Apple TV included with Claro TV. A prior mobile-plan promotion illustrates why billing terms can vary, but it is not the current residential-TV rule: Claro Pós promotional terms from 2024.

Under Claro’s current Box streaming terms, canceling the eligible offer or migrating to a non-eligible offer removes access to the included streaming services. Nonpayment can deactivate the offer and remove streaming access immediately. The terms also say customers cannot freely change the included service tier within the Claro package; any separate upgrade or subscription does not automatically receive a discount because Apple TV+ is included.

When access through Claro ends, check Apple account billing as well. Depending on the account and provider rules, Apple may resume charging a payment method already attached to the account. Read the applicable Claro Box streaming terms before changing service.
When is the bundle a good fit?
Compare the whole package with what your household would otherwise buy; the Claro prices above are not apples-to-apples with an Apple-only subscription.
- Consider Claro tv+ Box if you want live TV, Claro equipment and several streaming services on one bill.
- Consider Apple directly if Apple Originals are all you want and you do not need Claro TV or the other bundle services. Check Brazilian pricing and terms in Apple’s Brazil subscription flow at tv.apple.com/br; U.S. pricing is not a valid Brazilian comparison.
- Consider Apple One if you already use Apple Music, iCloud+ or other Apple services; its value depends on which services you would otherwise pay for. See Apple One Brazil.
- Choose separate subscriptions if you need independent account ownership, different service tiers or separate cancellation control, accepting that you may have multiple bills.
- Be cautious with App-only offers until Claro confirms in writing or in the order details that the exact package includes Apple TV+.
