Yes. A Minecraft Movie has two scenes tied to its credits: one during the credits and another after they finish. Stay through the full roll to see both. Spoilers follow.
What happens in the mid-credits scene?
The mid-credits scene returns to Vice Principal Marlene and her Nitwit boyfriend. They are together in her office when Marlene’s ex-husband arrives. The Nitwit speaks English and declares his love for her, bringing their developing romance to a scene during the credits. GamesRadar+’s scene breakdown describes the moment; Forbes also reports a mid-credits scene involving Marlene and her Villager boyfriend.
What happens after the credits?
Once the full credit roll ends, Steve returns to his former home to retrieve a chest. He meets the new homeowner, whose face is not shown clearly. GamesRadar+ notes that her red hair and green clothing resemble Alex, a familiar character from the games. That resemblance is an interpretation, not confirmation that the woman is Alex or that a particular sequel story is planned.
How long should you stay?
The British Board of Film Classification lists the 2D and 3D versions at 100 minutes 47 seconds. That is the BBFC classification runtime, not a promise of the total time you will spend in a theater; trailers and other pre-show material can add time. See the BBFC listing for the classification details.
