There is no public confirmation that Travis Kelce spent $175,000 on Taylor Swift’s 35th birthday. The figure comes from an anonymously sourced gift list reported by The Sun and summarized by Marie Claire, which cautioned that the list might not be accurate. The reported gifts included flowers, a Rolex, and several pieces of jewelry, but the purchases have not been independently verified.
What did Travis Kelce reportedly give Taylor Swift?
Swift turned 35 on Dec. 13, 2024. A Dec. 15 account by Marie Claire, summarizing a report from The Sun based on a source close to the couple, listed these alleged gifts and prices:
| Reported item | Reported price |
|---|---|
| 10 boxes of neon rose-gold roses from The Million Roses | $5,800 |
| 10 boxes of black and red roses | $8,800 |
| 15 boxes of red roses | $4,725 |
| Rose-gold Rolex Day-Date 36 | $60,350 |
| Customized Tiffany & Co. gold split cuff with a heart engraving | $22,000 |
| Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti open-heart bracelet | $25,000 |
| Van Cleef & Arpels Alhambra long necklace | $35,500 |
| Vintage Alhambra pendant | $8,200 |
| Vintage Alhambra earrings | $4,150 |
These are figures and item descriptions from the attributed report, not confirmed receipts or statements from Kelce, Swift, or the named retailers. The source quoted by Marie Claire through The Sun described the occasion as important and said there were “Many luxury items, and the bouquets, one for each year.” That quote, too, came from an unnamed source.
Is the $175,000 figure verified?
No. The nearly $175,000 total is an anonymously sourced celebrity-news claim. Marie Claire explicitly noted that the list might not be accurate, and no direct confirmation from Swift, Kelce, or the retailers was reported. It is safest to describe the gifts and total as alleged or reported rather than established fact.

What else was reported about the birthday?
A separate account published by ELLE on Dec. 16, drawing on Page Six, described a private celebration with a chef and bartender, flowers, presents delivered beforehand, and engraved jewelry. Its source told Page Six, as quoted secondhand by ELLE: “Travis hired a private chef and bartender to cook and make cocktails for them.” This is separate source-based coverage; it does not independently verify the $175,000 total or the detailed gift list.
Was the Eras-themed party her birthday party?
No. Vanity Fair reported on Dec. 19, 2024, that the Eras-themed gathering shown in photos was a surprise party celebrating the end of the Eras Tour, not Swift’s birthday party. The outlet said it remained unknown how she marked her birthday itself.
