On October 27, 2024, Pansino posted: “I have reported what I found and my concerns to the authorities. Hopefully, they will look into these MrBeast Telegram Company Chats Logs and other concerns.” Dexerto reproduced the post and reported its date. Her wording was that she had contacted “the authorities”; it does not itself identify the FBI as the recipient. Dexerto’s report is the cited account of her statement.
What were the alleged Telegram chats?
Coverage described alleged MrBeast company work-chat messages from 2020–2021. Dexerto characterized the material as more than 1,000 leaked messages. Pansino said she had received thousands and checked their legitimacy with former employees, but that verification claim is hers: the cited coverage does not independently authenticate the complete archive or establish the meaning of every message. Dexerto’s account of the alleged chats reports those details.
Did the FBI confirm an investigation?
No case-specific confirmation is established in the cited reporting. LBC reported that the FBI had not confirmed whether it had opened an investigation. That leaves two separate questions unresolved: whether the FBI received Pansino’s material, and whether it acted on it privately. Do not treat her public post as proof of either. LBC’s report describes the lack of FBI confirmation.

An FBI release dated November 6, 2024, found in coverage of this story concerned fabricated election-related videos falsely attributed to the bureau—not Pansino’s report. It is not an FBI response to this matter. The FBI release addresses that separate issue.
How does the company workplace review fit in?
The Associated Press reported on November 1, 2024, that a company workplace review led by attorney Alex Spiro lasted nearly three months. It interviewed 39 current and former employees and reviewed millions of documents from phones, emails, and messaging platforms including Discord and Slack. AP said the review found “several isolated instances of workplace harassment and misconduct” and found no basis behind allegations of sexual misconduct or knowingly employing people with certain histories.
