Shueisha’s publication records show the manga continued after that year, and its official catalog lists volume 115 for July 2026. As of October 8, 2026, the manga remained ongoing; no confirmed final chapter date is established by the sources cited here.
What confirms One Piece continued past 2025?
Shueisha’s official listings provide dated evidence beyond the year in the question:
- Volume 113 is listed as a Jump Comics print edition released November 4, 2025.
- Volume 115 is listed as a 248-page print edition released July 3, 2026; its digital edition is dated August 4, 2026.
The official MANGA Plus series listing also shows chapter activity into 2026. Chapter dates and availability can vary by location. Together, these publisher records establish that the manga continued after 2025, not when it will end.
Did Eiichiro Oda announce a 2025 ending?
No such announcement is supported by the cited evidence. Coverage of Oda’s Jump Festa 2025 message described story developments after the series reached Elbaph. Meristation/AS, reporting on December 23, 2024, published this Spanish translation: “Por fin, ¡el manga ha llegado a Elbaph! Parece un país tranquilo, ¡pero la llegada de cierto hombre romperá esa paz!” It means, “At last, the manga has reached Elbaph! It seems like a peaceful country, but the arrival of a certain man will break that peace.” This is a published translation, and the excerpt teases plot events rather than giving a finale date. Is there a confirmed date for the final chapter?
The available official release records establish continued publication, but they do not announce a final chapter date. GamesRadar+ reported on August 27, 2026, citing another outlet, an outlook of at least four more years. That is indirect secondary reporting, not a formal publication announcement or a verified direct quote establishing an end date; it should be treated as a forecast, not a confirmed 2030 conclusion. The official MANGA Plus listing is the place to check the series’ chapter activity, with access depending on location. VIZ’s English-language catalog lists collected volumes and a box set and directs readers to MANGA Plus for the latest free chapters available in their location. Shueisha’s volume 115 listing is a recent physical-edition reference; neither that volume nor the box set should be mistaken for the ending.
