The reviewed sources do not confirm whether Hiltzik Strategies was retained, whether Matthew Hiltzik personally worked on any matter for MrBeast, or the timing, scope, or terms of a possible engagement. PRovoke Media also refers to reports of the firm’s involvement, but its article is industry commentary rather than primary confirmation.

How does the claim fit the wider Beast Industries context?
TIME’s 2026 profile reports that Beast Industries hired Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan for a third-party investigation. TIME says the investigation, in November 2024, found “several isolated incidents of workplace harassment and misconduct.” The profile also discusses allegations in civil litigation brought by contestants in connection with Beast Games.
These are distinct matters: the investigation findings are reported by TIME, while the litigation context concerns allegations by contestants. Neither identifies who advised Beast Industries on communications nor verifies the alleged Hiltzik engagement. PRovoke Media’s discussion of the reported hire is commentary, not confirmation from the company or the consultancy.
