Lindsay Lohan addressed speculation about a facelift in a May 2025 interview with ELLE, but the interview does not establish whether she has had cosmetic surgery or explain what caused changes in her appearance. Asked about the assumptions, she responded: “I’m like, when? With what time? Where?”
What Lindsay Lohan said about facelift rumors
In Chloe Fineman’s ELLE interview, published May 27, 2025, Lohan pushed back on the idea that people can infer surgery from changes in how she looks. Her rhetorical question challenged the speculation; it was not a medical history or confirmation of whether she has had a procedure.
Lohan’s publicist also objected to the assumptions, saying that when Lohan looks different, people assume she has had her face lifted or “ripped apart this or that.” That remark reflects the publicist’s response to the speculation, not independent evidence about Lohan’s medical history.
Why does Lindsay Lohan look different?
The interview does not identify a first moment when fans noticed a change, offer a medical assessment, or establish a cause. It therefore cannot support a definite explanation for why Lohan’s appearance may look different to some viewers.

Lohan said her skin became more sensitive after having her son, prompting changes to her skincare routine and diet. She described using serums she was testing, eye patches, and lasers, and said she had tried Morpheus8 once but decided her thin skin meant she could not continue. These are her own descriptions of her skin and routine; the interview does not show that any of them caused a change in her appearance.
