The account does not say Harry attended a Muggle university. “University” is a natural way to ask about further education, but the canon detail given is that Harry did not complete his Hogwarts education and went on to work as an Auror.
How did Harry become an Auror without N.E.W.T.s?
Before the war, Harry’s stated career ambition was to become an Auror. During fifth-year careers advice, Professor McGonagall told him that the usual academic requirement was at least five N.E.W.T.s graded “Exceeds Expectations” or higher, according to the official Harry Potter career guide.
