Mariotti described a plan for larger—but still limited—print runs and a broader range of pop-culture subjects. Those were management’s stated intentions at that date. They do not independently verify later staffing, release volume or a creative revival.

Pricing pressure
Funko said on May 6, 2025, that price changes would take effect in July, including changes across Mondo products. The company attributed the increases to production, shipping, raw-material and tariff costs. This is useful context for the business, but it is not evidence about creative staffing.

Are the “returning creatives” identified anywhere?
Not in the authoritative material available here. No source names the alleged returning artists, designers or executives; supplies a return date; identifies a project; or shows what work they are producing. - A named artist or team member confirming the return in a direct interview, statement or official announcement.
- A project name and publication date tied to that person or team.
