Demi Moore opened Kim Jones’s first Fendi Haute Couture presentation in Paris on January 27, 2021. The Spring/Summer 2021 show was Jones’s couture debut for the house—not his first Fendi collection in every category.
What Moore wore on the runway
Moore appeared first in a silky black trouser suit, according to British Vogue’s coverage of the show. The runway report describes the outfit; it does not identify a specific retail product or establish that the look is available to buy.
Accessories were also a feature of the presentation. British Vogue highlighted sculptural earrings and mini bags, and associated the jewellery direction with Delfina Delettrez Fendi. Its coverage does not identify an exact retail earring worn by Moore.
What “debut collection” means here
Jones’s January 2021 presentation was his first Fendi Haute Couture collection. He had already shown Fendi ready-to-wear: the house’s Spring 2021 ready-to-wear show took place on September 23, 2020, as Vogue’s show listing records.

Fendi announced Jones’s appointment to lead womenswear in September 2020. The house’s official history says he held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Those dates help distinguish the 2021 couture debut from his broader tenure at Fendi.
The women behind the collection’s inspiration
Jones framed the collection around pioneering women and the Bloomsbury women. In a preview reported by British Vogue, he described the women he had in mind as “strong women, intelligent women, who know what they’re doing in their lives. Pioneering women, like the Bloomsbury women, like the women in the show,” as quoted in the preview.

The show’s cast reinforced that focus. British Vogue’s runway report names Kate Moss and her daughter Lila Grace, Christy Turlington and her nephew James, Naomi Campbell, Bella Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Adwoa Aboah and Kesewa Aboah, alongside Moore.
