Its first episode follows seven young adults exploring the Salt Lake Temple and reflecting on faith. It is a documentary series, not the separate interactive virtual tours planned for 2027.
What is Dedicate?
The Church describes Dedicate as a six-part video series about the role of temples for young adults. Participants travel to the Salt Lake Temple, meet Church leaders and discuss faith, purpose and spiritual growth. The first episode, “All Nations Will Flow unto It,” runs 26 minutes and 13 seconds; its official page describes the episode as following the group as they seek answers about the temple and Jesus Christ. Watch episode one on the Church’s official page.
President Dallin H. Oaks announced the series in his October 4, 2026, general conference closing remarks, saying it would premiere worldwide in multiple languages. Read his remarks.
Who appears in the series?
The seven young adult participants come from Brazil, France, Ghana, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines and the United States. The series centers on their experience and conversations rather than presenting a conventional guide to the building.

In KSL’s report on the premiere, producer Aaron Merrill said, “Not everyone can make it onsite to see the temple. This helps reach audiences around the world.” Elder Gary E. Stevenson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles described the project to KSL as a format with “inspiring or uplifting” and “sacred elements,” noting that the multi-episode approach was designed to appeal to teenagers and young adults. How the series differs from the virtual temple tours
The word “virtual” can refer to two different experiences here: watching the story of young adults visiting the temple, or taking a digital tour of the building. Dedicate is the first; the tours are separate experiences planned to begin April 5, 2027.
