What did Tosh mean by a backyard “ski run”?
The unusual recreation feature came with a joke. The Sacramento Bee attributed this description to Tosh: “The home comes with one green run, two blue and one black diamond — and a chairlift.” It is Tosh’s humorous characterization of the backyard setup, not a verified trail map or evidence of a commercial ski area. The same report quoted him saying, “Holidays at the lake are the only times I’m not stressed.” The Sacramento Bee

Compass listing agent Kristina Bergstrand called it “the quintessential Lake Tahoe,” as quoted by The Sacramento Bee. That is the agent’s description, rather than an independent market ranking. The property’s combination of several residences, lake frontage and reported backyard ski setup made it a distinctive listing; the available information does not establish how it compares in value with other Tahoe homes.
