Dana Terrace’s next show is Knights of Guinevere, an animated psychological thriller co-created and co-directed by the creator of The Owl House. Its pilot is on YouTube, and Glitch Productions greenlit a full series, according to a March 6, 2026 report; that report did not give a series release date.
What is Dana Terrace’s next show?
Knights of Guinevere is co-created and co-directed by Terrace, with The Owl House writers John Bailey Owen and Zach Marcus. Gizmodo described it in January 2025 as a sci-fi psychological thriller and Glitch Productions’ first 2D series. Gizmodo’s report identifies the project and its creative team.
What is Knights of Guinevere about?
The story takes place in the far future, at an amusement park in the clouds. Beneath it lies a broken princess android. The machine could offer two dreamers a chance to improve their lives, or become the cause of their undoing, according to CT Insider’s March 2026 description.
Terrace described the story as “a lot of people, who are just trying to make their lives better and getting caught up in a giant conspiracy,” in comments quoted by CT Insider. That premise puts personal hopes against a larger mystery: the android may be an opportunity, but its presence also signals danger.

How does it compare with The Owl House?
The two shows share a creator, but their setups point in different directions. Disney’s 2018 announcement called The Owl House a horror-comedy and identified Terrace as its creator. Disney’s announcement supports that description; it is not a current guide to where the show can be watched.
| Aspect | The Owl House | Knights of Guinevere |
|---|---|---|
| Genre and tone | Horror-comedy, as described by Disney in 2018. | Sci-fi psychological thriller, as described by Gizmodo in 2025. |
| Setting and premise | Not stated in the cited Disney announcement. | A far-future cloud amusement park and a broken princess android, as described by CT Insider in 2026. |
| Reported content level | Not stated in the cited Disney announcement. | CT Insider characterized it as darker, with blood, gore and adult language. This is a publication’s description, not an official age rating. |
The available descriptions suggest that Knights of Guinevere moves further into thriller territory, with an unsettling setting and a conspiracy-driven story. That does not establish an official rating or make the new series a continuation of The Owl House.
Is Knights of Guinevere a full series yet?
Yes. Glitch Productions had greenlit the project for a full series by the time CT Insider reported on March 6, 2026. The pilot had already been released on YouTube. CT Insider said no full-series release date had been set at that time, so that date information is a March 2026 snapshot rather than a live schedule check.

The pilot was released on YouTube. CT Insider reported more than 17 million pilot views as of March 6, 2026; that is the publication’s dated snapshot, not a current or independently verified view count. The cited reporting does not establish a full-series streaming date or platform.
