Possibly, but the remarks cited so far do not confirm an IPO plan. At the December 2025 DealBook Summit, Beast Industries CEO Jeff Housenbold said the company wanted, at some point, to give people who watch Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson’s content a chance to become owners. He gave no timetable or details of an offering. That followed his July 2025 statement that a public offering was not then part of the company’s strategic plan.
What did the CEO mean by giving fans a chance to become owners?
At the DealBook Summit, Andrew Ross Sorkin asked Donaldson and Housenbold about going public. TechCrunch reported Housenbold’s answer as: “At some point, we want to be able to give the 1.4 billion unique people around the world who has watched Jimmy’s content the last 90 days a chance to be owners of the company.” The wording is quoted as reported by TechCrunch.
“At some point” expresses an aspiration, not a date or a corporate commitment. TechCrunch’s suggestion that an IPO could be a practical way to offer ownership is the reporter’s interpretation; it is not confirmation from Beast Industries that it has chosen that route.
The 1.4 billion figure refers to unique people who watched Donaldson’s content in the preceding 90 days, as Housenbold described it. It does not mean that many people would be eligible to invest, receive shares, or take part in an offering.

How does that compare with what Beast Industries said earlier?
In July 2025, Housenbold told the Associated Press that the company’s strategic plan did not then include a public offering or active funding rounds. The AP report also quoted him saying, “Do I want to make banger content? Yeah. That’s cool.” That remark was about content, not an IPO commitment. See the Associated Press report.
The two statements describe different moments: in July, Housenbold said a public offering was not in the plan; in December, he voiced a future desire to give viewers a chance to become owners. The later comment indicates interest in an ownership opportunity, but does not establish that the company changed its plan to pursue an IPO.

Is Beast Industries already a public company, or is there an IPO date?
The cited reporting supplies no IPO date, offering terms, exchange, or formal decision to go public. It also does not establish that fans can currently buy shares in Beast Industries. The sources reviewed here do not verify a Beast Industries IPO registration statement or filing, so the company’s filing status should be treated as unconfirmed by this evidence—not as proof that no filing exists.
An SEC-hosted filing by Eightco Holdings, an investor, refers to its investment in Beast Industries and summarizes a May 2026 company presentation to advertisers. That document is not a Beast Industries IPO registration statement. What kind of company would fans be buying into?
Beast Industries is broader than Donaldson’s YouTube channel. TechCrunch’s December 2025 report described Feastables and other initiatives, including plans for a creator-marketer marketplace, a phone company, financial services, and a theme park in Saudi Arabia. That distinction would matter in any future ownership offer: the relevant question would be which legal entity and securities were being offered, not simply whether an investor could “buy MrBeast.” The CEO’s remark does not specify those details.

How to assess future claims about a Beast Industries IPO
A new headline or comment is more informative when it answers concrete questions rather than repeating the general idea of fan ownership. Look for:
- A formal decision: Is the company announcing an approved offering, or is an executive describing a possibility?
- Official offering documents: Is there a registration statement or other filing for Beast Industries itself, rather than a document filed by an investor?
- Timing and venue: Does the announcement identify when and where shares might be offered?
- The issuer and securities: Does it say which legal entity is offering what kind of security?
The December 2025 remarks speak to a possible future ownership opportunity. They do not supply the formal, practical details needed to establish that a public offering is underway.
