The Block Party was extra
The Saturday-night Block Party was not included automatically with a standard one-day or three-day pass. It was a separate $125 add-on scheduled for October 18 from 7–10 p.m. The available official material confirms the event and price but does not provide a complete 2025 entertainment lineup.
Which streamers were featured?
The official “Who’s Coming” page described hundreds of streamers, so no short list should be treated as the complete roster. Twitch’s official event guide specifically highlighted Ludwig, Maya and Swagg: Twitch’s San Diego guide. The archived creator page is at twitchcon.com/archive/san-diego-2025/whos-coming/.

Creator programming also included meet-and-greets, Twitch Rivals competitions, Creator Camp sessions, Glitch Theater shows, panels, workshops, community meetups and Streamer Stations. Trixie Mattel was identified as host of the Drag Showcase; that is a hosting and entertainment role, not evidence that she was listed as a featured streamer.
A lineup listing did not guarantee a meeting
A creator could have appeared in a panel, stage show, Twitch Rivals event, brand activation, scheduled meet-and-greet or surprise appearance. Being listed did not guarantee a private meeting, a fixed stage time or availability across all three days. The final schedule and creator-specific listings were the authoritative way to check a particular appearance.

Was TwitchCon 2025 worth the cost?
Value depended on how much of the program you used. A one-day pass made the most sense for a local visitor focused on one creator, competition or stage event. Its lower admission cost also limited exposure to events scheduled on other days, and a delay or long line could consume much of a single-day visit.

A three-day pass suited fans attending several creator events, streamers seeking education and networking, and travelers already paying for accommodation and transportation. It cost more and required a larger time commitment.
Admission was only one part of the budget. A realistic calculation was:
Total trip cost = admission + optional events + hotel + transportation + food + merchandise + contingency.

Planning checklist for a future TwitchCon
- Verify the edition and city; 2025 had both Rotterdam and San Diego.
- Use the official TwitchCon site rather than reseller listings or undated fan pages.
- Compare a targeted one-day visit with the flexibility of a three-day pass.
- Decide whether an optional event such as the Block Party fits your budget.
- Check the official schedule for the creators, competitions and workshops you care about.
- Build around fixed-stage events first, then leave time for queues, meetups and movement through the venue.
- Treat creator appearances as schedule-dependent rather than guaranteed personal access.
- Budget lodging, food, transportation, merchandise and contingency separately from admission.
- Review the archived or current official FAQ for age, accessibility, bag, photography, conduct, transfer and refund rules; do not rely on assumptions.
- Reserve travel early for a future edition and recheck dates, prices and benefits when that edition is announced.
