The first official gameplay trailer announcement for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival arrived on November 24, 2025. Saber Interactive describes the game as a single-player survival-horror action story in which Aidan Lynch confronts Pinhead, the Cenobites and other horrors while trying to save his girlfriend Sunny. The announcement establishes the game’s premise and broad combat frame, but not enough verified footage detail to support a blow-by-blow account of the trailer.
What the Hellraiser: Revival gameplay trailer establishes
Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games announced the first official gameplay trailer on November 24, 2025. Saber characterizes the game as a “visceral, story-driven, single-player, survival horror action game.” The announcement says players face Pinhead and the Cenobites, as well as cultists, wretches, deviants and other enemies. Doug Bradley returns as Pinhead’s voice actor. Saber Interactive’s trailer announcement
Those details set the tone and outline the threat; they do not establish specific scenes, controls, combat systems, trailer length or visual events. The most reliable way to describe the trailer is therefore by what the announcement confirms, rather than by inferring mechanics from promotional language.
What is the story about?
The game follows Aidan Lynch. His girlfriend, Sunny, activates the Genesis Configuration, a mysterious puzzle box, and Aidan discovers that her soul may still be saved. The Scarlet Church wants to use the box to contact the Cenobites, while the Unworthy—Hell’s rejects—are also drawn to it. Saber’s developer article describes fighting with weapons and the box’s powers. PlayStation.Blog’s story introduction
