What was the gap between Civil War and Abigail?
Using the AP’s rounded estimates, Civil War led second-place Abigail by about $900,000. Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire placed third.

What does “tops the box office for a second week” mean?
It means Civil War held first place during its second weekend in theaters, April 19–21, after also leading the previous weekend. It does not mean the film had been released for exactly two calendar weeks. The ranking refers to the U.S. and Canadian theatrical market, often called the domestic or North American box office—not a worldwide chart.
