That means the finale’s central answer is a reunion and a joint fight, not a fully explained resolution to every danger. A more specific account of who shoots whom, who is hurt, or exactly how the conflict ends is not established by the official synopsis.
Why Nadia’s first meeting with Bunny stands out
In an official interview, Samantha, who plays Honey, describes the episode-six reunion of Honey, Bunny, and Nadia. She says Bunny first meets his daughter while Nadia is holding a gun against him, and calls the moment funny and cute. The scene’s unusual combination of threat and family awkwardness is apparent from that description, though any further reading of its tone is interpretation rather than a separately confirmed plot fact. Why the fight is personal as well as operational
About Amazon describes Citadel: Honey Bunny as the Indian installment in the Citadel world. Its story begins in the 1990s, when stuntman Bunny recruits aspiring actress Honey for a side job that draws them into espionage and betrayal. Years later, they must come together to protect Nadia. In that context, the finale’s fight is not only about stopping a threat: Honey and Bunny have to act as parents together despite their estrangement and the history that put their family in danger.
The franchise announcement also frames the series as a story about the origins of the clandestine agency at the heart of Citadel. The wider franchise includes the enemy syndicate Manticore, and the US Citadel series follows Nadia as an adult. Honey and Bunny’s story therefore supplies family history for Nadia, while this season’s final moments leave her parents’ immediate future unresolved.

What the ending leaves unresolved
The official synopsis explicitly says the future is uncertain. An About Amazon editorial review also describes a major threat as still looming. Taken together, those sources support reading the ending as unresolved rather than as a confirmed victory or a definitive fate for every character.
The available official materials do not establish the exact sequence of actions in the showdown, who is injured, or the ultimate status of each character. The safest interpretation is that KD triggers the crisis, Honey and Bunny reunite to confront it, and the threat remains unresolved at the end. That open ending leaves room for uncertainty; it does not, by itself, confirm a second season or a particular sequel outcome.
