The rings Chloë Grace Moretz and Kate Harrison wore at Disneyland in April 2024 sparked engagement rumors, but the sighting did not confirm they were engaged. Moretz later said they confirmed their engagement on January 1, 2025, and they married during Labor Day weekend that year.
What happened at Disneyland?
Us Weekly reported on April 28, 2024, that Moretz and Harrison were seen wearing rings on their left hands during a visit to Disneyland in Anaheim on Friday, April 26. The report prompted speculation about an engagement; it did not establish what the rings meant.
The report described Moretz wearing a thin band behind another ring with a gold band and a large center diamond. It noted that the diamond ring had also been seen at a W Magazine event in Los Angeles on March 7 and at the Louis Vuitton show in Shanghai on April 18. Us Weekly said it sought comment from Moretz’s representative.
Were they engaged at the time?
The Disneyland photos alone do not answer that. The report described rings and rumors, not a confirmed engagement. The later timeline is clearer: Moretz and Harrison confirmed their engagement on January 1, 2025, according to Vogue’s September 1, 2025 wedding feature. The couple had been dating since 2018, the Associated Press reported; that later fact should not be treated as proof of what the rings signified in April 2024.

What did Moretz say about their rings?
In Vogue’s wedding feature, Moretz credited jeweler Elizabeth Potts at Moon Stone, saying she had worked with Potts for years resetting vintage jewelry into custom settings. She explained that she wanted the same approach for their rings: “Both of our diamonds are Victorian diamonds, and we wanted to reset them in a Victorian sense.”
That account supports describing the couple’s rings as Victorian diamonds in custom Victorian-style settings. It does not establish a retail model, price, carat weight, or diamond grade, and there is no basis to identify a ready-made listing as a match for their rings.
