What Chase Chrisley said about his weight loss
In the episode that aired September 9, 2025, Chase said, “Within, like, the last year I’ve lost a lot of weight.” He also described his body as “rejecting food.” TV Insider’s September 10 recap said the episode showed him getting sick after meals and that he told his girlfriend, Jodi Laine Fournerat, he could not keep food down. What medical testing was discussed
According to TV Insider’s account of the episode, Chase said his doctor wanted to test whether his stomach and gallbladder were working properly and might order a CT scan. The report mentioned that the scan could check for a brain tumor, but it did not say that a scan took place or that a tumor was found. How later updates relate to the health story
September 2025: Rehab storyline
The season finale, which aired September 16, showed Chase checking into rehab for alcohol-related issues, according to TV Insider. That storyline does not establish that alcohol caused his reported vomiting or weight loss. TV Insider
January 2026: Todd reports weight regain
In a January 17, 2026 interview with Entertainment Weekly, syndicated by Yahoo, Todd said Chase had followed his rehab program, exercised with him, and regained weight: “He’s gained his weight back.” This is a family update, not a disclosed medical result or explanation for the earlier digestive symptoms.
