Its listing says, “This app does NOT stream or download movies.” It is described as a tool for movie information, search and official trailers. To watch a movie offline, use a licensed provider’s own download feature instead.
What the current Cinema HD app does
The Google Play listing, updated December 12, 2025, describes Cinema HD: Movies & TV Browser as an app for searching movies, viewing details and watching official trailers. It does not offer movie streaming or downloads, so there is no download setting or in-app procedure to follow. See the Google Play listing.
This statement applies to that specific Play-listed app. It does not establish what an older or unofficial APK with a similar name did. The available information does not authenticate those packages or confirm their features.
How to watch a movie offline instead
Google documents downloading supported movies and TV through Google TV for offline viewing on Android. Use Google TV’s own instructions and check the current requirements for your device and region: Download movies and TV to watch offline — Android.
