“First Delivery” aired during Super Bowl LIX on February 9, 2025. The game took place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The commercial was filmed at Anheuser-Busch’s flagship brewery in St. Louis, Missouri, according to ABC News. Anheuser-Busch announced the spot on February 6, ahead of the game, as part of Budweiser’s “This Bud’s For You” campaign.

What did Budweiser say the foal represents?
Kristina Punwani, head of marketing for Budweiser USA, told Good Morning America that “the foal is a representation of the grit and determination that make up the American spirit.” She also said the creative aimed to combine heartfelt imagery with lighthearted moments and humor. Not in the broad, overall sense. Ipsos named “First Delivery” the winner in its “Best Use of Brand Assets” category and reported that it had the most brand playback after the game in the firm’s FastFacts study. Those findings recognize a particular brand-related category and viewer playback; they do not establish that it was the overall top-ranked or most effective Super Bowl ad.
